Will this work with an Odyssey G9 240hz/5120x1440 display with a 1 ms response time?

Thank you for your interest in NVIDIA graphics cards. When using a DisplayPort cable, our Quadro P2200 graphics card should be able to drive the Samsung Odyssey g9 gaming monitor at 5120 x 1440 @ 60 Hz, and possibly 5120 x 1440 @ 120 Hz. The Quadro P2200 is designed for professional use, and while it may well support some games, we cannot guarantee that it will support all games. If gaming is your primary concern, we recommend a GeForce graphics card. Once again, I appreciate your help.

Is this powered by the power supply or does it simply plug into the motherboard?

It does not require any additional power because it is powered by the motherboard.

Is it Dell Precision compatible?

Yes. We have a Precision T3500 that we use with it.

What motherboards can this card be used with?

The majority of motherboards will work with this; I am currently using a Super-micro motherboard. Xeon D 1541 microserver board

What a card; it's everything you'll need to start transcoding in Plex

This is the card to get if you want to use Plex for transcoding and have a mid- to low-end processor. It goes where the P2000 left off and cranks up the volume to 11.

I got one to compare to the Solid Works PCs that use the WX7100. WX5100s. We'll be getting more of them because the user claims it's faster and more stable.

Although this is a bare card, it appears to be authentic

First and foremost, I am neither qualified nor equipped to evaluate graphics cards. Amazon was the buyer and the seller. Because this listing does not include the retail box, you will only receive the card itself, with no manual, drivers, or DVI adaptor. The packaging was adequate for protection, and the card appears to be a genuine PNY P2200 as far as I can tell. Initial testing indicates that it is faster than the Intel integrated graphics I was previously using, which was 5 years old. Duh. I'm not in a position to provide comparisons.

On my Plex Server, it works perfectly

After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little hesitant to order it. Here's how it went for me: the card arrived in a non-returnable envelope. Individual serial number, retail sealed box and packaging The card was also covered in a plastic peel. The DisplayPort to DVI adapter was also included. So far, everything is working perfectly on my Plex Server.

NVEC encodes in multiples of two

The two NVEC encode limit on consumer-grade GPUs was removed, allowing me to have more. So far, everything has gone well.

Plex, even under Ubuntu, can use the P2200 for stunningly fast hardware transcoding of multiple movies at once.

For CAD, it's fantastic

In my engineering office, I'm currently working with a team. br>Because we previously had a MSI 1060 x3 gaming, this is a significant improvement. This game is playable out of the box with renders like lumion/twinmotion, but after purchasing the quadro p2200, the overall performance was balanced for work with millones of points. br>br>Although not the most powerful or the best recommended, it is a good entry-level option for solely professional use. testeada en Autocad 2021 y specialized toolkits AutoCAD.

For plex transcoding, this is the ideal tool

I'm using it to transcode video on a plex media server, and it's working great. I've tested it with 4K videos, and it can handle multiple streams with no problems.
