I love the "reseller's" BS response. "Reseller" refers to the person who used shopping bots to buy all of the cards at msrp and then sold them to suckers at a ridiculously inflated price, which is why this card is $400 over msrp. Pay no more than the msrp, or you'll be feeding the thugs.
This card has an MSRP of $559 plus tax. Anyone who buys all the stocks and sells them at inflated prices is committing fraud.

The EVGA FTW 3070 costs $620; don't pay $1100 for it, and the fact that it's an Amazon Prime product makes you want to cancel your membership.

There's a lot of price gouging going on at the moment. Cards, on the other hand, are fantastic.
I understand that these cards are extremely difficult to come by right now, but I'd like to provide an objective review of this GPU for those considering purchasing it when it becomes (hopefully) more widely available next year. br>br>Having said that, I'd like to start by stating that this card is excellent for gaming at 1440p at 144hz and 4K at 60hz. This GPU absolutely blew me away in gaming when I paired it with a Ryzen 7 3700x after coming from a GTX 960 paired with an i5 6400. Many games run smoothly at the above resolutions. It has the EVGA logo in ARGB, which allows it to change colors, which is nice; it's also quite long, at around 285. 242mm, or 11 inches According to PCPartpicker, the length is 23 inches. As a result, double-check that it will fit in your bag! br>br>Anyway, I've had it in my system for about a week now, and here's a rundown of the GOOD, NEUTRAL, and BAD of this card, as well as some ballpark FPS numbers you can expect with this card on a few games I play the most (keep in mind I have it paired with a 3700x and 16GB of dual channel, CL18 3600MHz ram in a Fractal Design Meshify C GOOD: br>br>
- The temperatures are good; I've never seen them go above 70°C under full load, and they top out at 40°C when idle.
- At full load, it isn't too noisy. There's no coil whine, and the fans are turned off when they're not in use. There isn't much more that can be asked of you.

Can't complain because this card was $500 and performs as well as the 2080 ti ($1200) card in gaming. It's ideal for 1440p and competitive gaming. If you want to play 4K games at their highest settings, go with the 3080.
I'm running AAA games at maximum settings on a 1440p 144hz monitor, and I'm consistently getting over 70 frames per second. I came from a 2070 Super, and the difference is night and day. The ray tracing is the cherry on top, but more importantly, when enabled, DLSS increases your FPS dramatically. If you can get your hands on one, I strongly advise you to do so. The level of noise is almost non-existent.
I got one by chance! It's a monster of a card.
Was using an Amd 5700xt before, but this not only outperformed it, but it also stayed at least 30 degrees cooler! It takes a little longer to spool up games, but it runs new AAA games flawlessly at 4k, ultra settings, and 200 frames per second. RECOMMENDED WITHOUT RESERVE!.
