As far as I know, there are no available datasheets. I have done some testing with these heatsinks and they do work and transfer heat nicely. I've fixed some overheating issues with a few of my devices using them. use my own thermal epoxy because the one that comes with it doesn't satisfy me.
This seems to be the case with China.
My Vega 64 is covered with Easy cargo heatsinks that cover a number of VRMs and MOSFETS. The majority of them had their work done by Aftermarket coolers refuse to fit under and around the one I was using, so I have to find or modify heatsinks to fit. It was a waste of money to use thermal tape. The Thermal Glue (Gennel) that I used to attach them worked very well. I'm pretty happy with the way things work. The product doesn't need to be used in large quantities, but it needs time to cure after usage.
Adhesive tape is not included with this set of heatsinks.

My 3090 was covered and 6 degrees Celsius were lowered as a result. Although I thought they would be larger than they were from the photos, they were still very good and I liked some of the My experience with the adhesive is good but be careful to not touch the blue paper that comes off of the sticky side because it sticks to your hand and may get inside The tabs on most of them can easily be pulled off, but the smallest ones don't. The product is very good!.
My ever-growing collection of heatsink kits for my ever-expanding desktop computer led me to spend money here and there. As you can see from the attached). I ordered a bulk kit to have some available at all times. Unfortunately, these arrived without adhesive, which means I had to order some and wait for it to arrive. This kit works well if you have already acquired some thermal tape, paste, or glue. Otherwise, look around for heatsink kits that come with pre-installed thermal paste, glue, or tape. This adhesive can be replaced by a tube of thermal glue or a roll of thermal tape for the same cost. Overall, though, most of these heatsinks are pretty nice, especially those with black anodized finishes. It's pretty normal for smaller airplanes to have plain aluminum parts, but there are far fewer of them than.
It's true, they're smaller than I expected, and when I started holding a few over some mosfets and HV relays for the first time, they looked huge. We bought a roll of thermal tape, cut to size and stuck it on, seems good, warmed within less than a minute, confident they'll help, I am within the parameters of my hardware in terms of voltage and power, however a number of parts are generating significant heat. In all honesty, if I were to have a failure, I probably wouldn't blame the heat sinks, but you should get some thermal tape or adhesive, as they don't come with any. When you have the metal installed, all you have to do is wait.
This is a good kit along with a good selection of sizes, but you must understand for which audience it is designed. In these low heat output items, the largest size is less than a square inch, which means it is slightly smaller than a full-sized computer. This is *br. If they had included a few more in that size, it would have been nice. I would use this on small chips, mostly router SoCs and WiFi chips found in consumer electronics. (kit only comes with two)
. Additionally, Raspberry Pi's would make for a good candidate, and it can have some cool things like small Mosfets, VRMS, RAM, surface mount inductors, etc. It would most likely be cheaper to buy these individually but then you'd have to buy more sizes, still this is a pretty good value if you want a 1 and done kit as well as the case makes it easy to keep them If you don't already have it, you will need either thermal adhesive tape (don't use double sided tape), or thermal glue (tape is easier to remove later). You can get a kit that includes the adhesive tape or glue, or buy it separately elsewhere. Due to the fact that I already have tape, I bought the no-tape/glue kit.
It performed well for what I needed it for, which was to cool a DIY NVME thumb drive. Before I installed the heatsinks, the drive reached 150 degrees Fahrenheit while being used heavily. The temperature has dropped to *100 degrees after installing a few of these. It feels warm to the touch now. It has a total of about 3 square inches of surface area and it does an excellent job despite its compact size
I was also pleased with the quantity for the price that gives me enough for more than one project with similar heat dissipation requirements. Next time I purchase a pair of heatsinks and a pair of 25mm fans, I'll be pairing them with each other.
The raspberry pies I have are used for things such as a digital photo frame, a pihole, and the I needed some heat sinks, so I picked this one up for a bargain. showed up quickly and looked good. They used thermal paste in place of 3M adhesive thermal tape so they were better at transferring heat. It is important to note that not all sizes will work for all applications before installing, check if the heat sink will fit properly when combined with a case.
I don't know much to say about these they are affordable, they work well, they come in multiple sizes, and they work well. They are highly recommended, and I plan to buy them again when they run out or I.
I'm happy to have found these at this price. In addition to using a lot of microcontrollers in my work, these little guys are perfect for use with two-part thermal epoxy (MG Chemicals is my only brand I use for that) if you want to attach a more expensive attachment. It is fine to use 2-sided thermal tape. I bought two boxes after my first one arrived, mainly because it was a good I'm extremely pleased with the quality Original Equipment Manufacturers With these, there is a similar quality. It is recommended. Definitely a 10!.
