Questions & Answers
The short answer is: "UL stamp" or "ETL stamp" is what you're looking for. This has ETL, so YES, you're in good shape. br>br>EXTREMELY LONG REPLY: Functionally, the UL and ETL stamps are the same. ETL is a UL-certified Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory that performs the ETL test cases that have been published. UL, on the other hand, both writes the test cases and provides a service to run them for you, whereas ETL only performs the testing. Googling "UL and ETL equivalency" will yield more information. It's possible that your insurance company will change their policy to reflect that ETL certification is accepted as well.
I've already had one of mine go bad. If you receive a message from Poweroni asking for feedback or other information, contact them and they will most likely send you replacement cables that are likely to be better than the ones that came with it. I received a few from them.

This was ideal for me and my plethora of electronic devices. It sat in my room, plugged into a single outlet, and charged all of my devices - My two iPads are among them. It was fantastic. UNTIL tonight, when it ceased to function. It's something I've been using since the end of December. The month of February has come to an end. For two months of use, it's a bit pricey! Very let down. I'm on the lookout for a more durable replacement. br>br>NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - I received - a few days after I published my review. a pleasant surprise - I just received a new charging station in the mail. I didn't place an order for it, and I didn't contact the company to inquire about it. I just finished writing the review that you see above. I'm enjoying myself once more with the device. Although the first one I ordered had a short life-span, I now recommend this product because the company stands behind their products, and - it charges my iPads just fine. As for me, I believe - That makes a big difference. My mother received a second one, which is still working perfectly. They are beloved by both of us. I used to have cords and chargers strewn about the house, with one or two in almost every outlet and room. I now have one of these, and it charges all of our devices at the same time. There's no need to look for devices, cords, or chargers any longer. Yay!.
This Poweroni USB Charging Station Dock was one of the gifts I received. Multiple Android devices and two iPhones can be charged at the same time using this port. The cases on Android devices are too large for the dividers, but this isn't a major issue. Rather than having chargers and devices in three different rooms, they could all be charged in the same place. Cool. br>After that, it stopped charging my iPhone on the fifth port (from left to right) at night. Strange. The other charging port continued to charge it, so I switched to the 6th port and simply plugged in the other phone when mine was finished or I went to bed. After that, it ceased to charge. Not cool. br>Now that I have a $40 four-port charging station, I need to come up with a new way to keep my iPhones charged. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>7/30/19br>They sent me another one without my permission. Wow. That is excellent customer service and product support.
The charging transformer or the type C USB cable supplied with the new Apple iPad Pro devices are either defective or do not provide enough current to charge them. It's a real pity. This is why I purchased the charger. I tried using a standard type 3 USB connector/charger block with the type C cable, but it didn't work. The Apple supplied charger block and cable are the only way to charge my iPad Pro 11 and 12 s. This information should have been made public by Poweroni. It would have prevented me from feeling disappointed and frustrated.
We currently have it on the counter, but we intend to turn it into a side table, with a hole drilled in the back for the single power cord to pass through. Oh bonus! When charging, the clear baffles turn blue and then turn off when the individual unit is fully charged.
It was a waste of money. It was a waste of money. My Tablets Fire HD 10 didn't fit at all, so I had to remove the case. So, what's the point of all of this? Imagine doing this every time I need to charge one of my three tablets. Plus, there are phones. The separators, on the other hand, are a complete disaster. They're quite diminutive. Large tablets and tablets with covers are not accepted. How do I charge my child's tablet? Put it out of your mind. Now, if you want to remove the case every time you need to charge your device, that's fine. But. There are better options available that can make life easier for you.
I bought this charging base because my kids were always running away with our charging cords. It has been extremely beneficial to our family. We're all Android users, so we can charge four devices at once, and I like having the option to turn off or on the blue lights. The slots appear to be large enough to accommodate most tablets and phones. I will say that the kids' Kindles with the large rubber case do not fit, but that is fine; they either rest on top of the slots or to the side. Since the clear dividers are inserted yourself, this could probably be remedied by not inserting one divider.
This USB port has come in handy for me. I like how you haven't left any of the long cords dangling. A blue light illuminates when the device is plugged in. When you plug in your phone or iPad, it illuminates that section and turns off when it's fully charged, alerting you to the fact that something has changed. There are seven short cords included. This item is extremely useful. It also has an on-board computer. turn off the switch.
