After using this device to charge my new iPhone 12, Watch, and earbuds the first night, I discovered that the phone's wireless charging had stopped working the next night. I tried three different chargers and, yes, wireless charging is no longer possible. WiFi appears to have been affected as well, as it is now unreliable. br>br>Called Apple, who promptly sent me a replacement iPhone with no questions asked. They apologized for what must have been a frustrating experience and assured me that, whatever the cause of the problem, they would diagnose and support their product. br>br>Belkin was the name of the company. My information had to be repeated several times. They were convinced it was the original Apple Silicon Case and asked me to remove it without question. It still does not charge, much to their surprise. Instead of dealing with the situation, they simply took my information and promised to contact me. br>br>I'm writing this review because there were a plethora of inexpensive wireless charging stands on Amazon from which to choose when I was looking for one. Because I was afraid of receiving a subpar product, I went with a name brand, and it turns out that Belkin didn't make a good product and didn't develop a good support experience either. br>br>Getting a refund from Amazon. A stick with the Apple wireless charger taped to it would be a better and safer option.

It looks good and charges quickly, but the power adaptor occasionally makes a cricket-like chirping noise. br>Because the chirping is so quiet, it took me a long time to figure out where it came from. br>br>I thought it might be just that unit, so I had it replaced, but the new one has the same issue. br>It's worth noting that the sound disappears when I change the charging state (for example, by placing my phone on it when all of my other devices are full). )br>br>I really want to keep it because it's so convenient for charging, but I'm afraid the noise will drive me insane over time.

My watch does not charge, and I'm not sure if it's because I have a defective model. At first, I assumed it was simply a case of not paying close enough attention to the placement. After a few times of double-checking that everything is in order, it will charge my watch for about 5-hours. Alltogether stops working after 10 minutes and remains inactive; this only happens when the watch port, phone, and AirPods are charged. I attempted to contact Belkin but have yet to receive a response.

Two of these were purchased by me. My wife and I each have one, which we keep on our nightstands. I like the look of these and the fact that we can use them to charge our three most common devices. The charging appears to be very dependable and quick, but I do have one major gripe. When plugged in, the AC adapter makes an absurdly loud chirping noise. They're so loud that I initially thought I heard crickets outside our bedroom window, but later discovered it was the AC adapters making the noise; I'm guessing most people use these in their bedrooms, so having an AC adapter that loud is simply unacceptable. I would have expected more from a company like Belkin. My house has a lot of AC adapters, but these are the only ones that make this noise.

I purchased this on the day it was released on Amazon and have been extremely pleased with it thus far. This is my very first wireless charging station, and I think it's fantastic! This is exactly what I was looking for to tidy up all of the cords around the house for my Apple Watch, phone, and other devices. My phone is in an Otterbox Symmetry case, but it won't charge without taking it out because it has a pop socket on the back. My company phone has the same case, and I can confirm that it will charge without a pop socket in an Otter Symmetry. My only criticism is as follows: It has three small white lights that indicate whether or not something is charging. It might irritate you if you're as obsessed as I am with sleeping in complete darkness. I'm glad I got it in the end!.

The most irritating aspect is that when I put my phone down to charge, a small white light appears, but it does not charge. Now I have to double-check that my phone is charging all of the time. You also can't use it in your bedroom due to the obnoxious white light. This is a product that I do not recommend.

I like this because it can charge all of my devices, but I wouldn't recommend taking it on a trip with you. It's one solid piece, and I decided to keep the box in order to transport it, as it takes up a lot of room. The watch charging magnet is one of the biggest letdowns; it almost feels like it barely grabs the watch in order to charge it. In addition, after a few weeks of use, I noticed that it would not fully charge my watch and would worsen by not charging at all. br>I've started the RMA process and will be returning it for replacement. Belkin was fantastic throughout the process and was extremely helpful.
