Allows you to add new 6x9 inch speakers or relocate existing 6x9 inch speakers without spending a fortune on a custom installation. If the speaker you're using is deeper than the adapter, you'll need to cut along the adapter's edges to make room for it.

2 brand new Speaker Pods with Rubber Trim are included. Top Dimensions: 11" x 7" 5" tall, 15" x 11" wide at the bottom. 5" tall, 2" tall with a 3 degree angle.

I couldn't use them because they didn't fit my speakers

My 6x9 speakers would not fit. There wasn't enough depth in it. To allow the magnet to protrude through the bottom portion of the interior, it had to be modified.

To make it work, a lot of changes are required

Standard speakers don't fit because they're too shallow. To allow the speakers to sit, the bottom was cut out and a base was added. if you don't mind putting in the effort to change it. You'll be able to pull it off if you put your mind to it.

Very well-made, with ABS material that is surprisingly durable. br>Only suitable for speakers with a low profile. Any deck that has a strong magnet will need to be modified. br>I had to relieve for clearance because my speakers were standard 200 watt 'Boss' 6x9's.

Good product, but any 6x9 speaker will require a 1 inch spacer.

This item is not compatible with standard 6x9 speakers. It might be able to accommodate "low-profile" speakers. THIS IS NOT A GOOD ITEM TO BUY.

These pods are huge, and if you use ds18 6x9s, you'll need to cut the bottom to fit the big magnet. I attached them to the back of my sub box because that was the only place they'd fit.
