Product Description

M5 stainless steel studs and 5 x 8 stainless steel screws were used to connect the two pieces. 1/4" insulated ring terminals, stainless steel screws, and 1/4" insulated ring terminals are included.

To prevent accidental short circuits, a reinforced polycarbonate cover is attached with nylon nuts.

Maximum voltage is 300 volts AC/ 48 volts DC. Continuous amperage limit: 130 amps AC/150 amps DC. Maximum intermittent current per connection: 20A

Brass plate with nickel plating for low resistance, high conductivity, and corrosion resistance. Made of tough Polycarbonate plastic for maximum strength and durability in even the most extreme conditions.

Any installation in your boat, car, or caravan will have a neat and clean finish.

The AMZN listing claims it is...but I'm suspicious of that because the same product appeared on a "made in China" web site, which I purchased and am pleased with.

It's adequate, but not exceptional

Installed without a hitch (on my personal computer). The two larger posts are solid, but the five Phillips head screws on the inside are in bad shape. Even with light pressure applied to the screwdriver, they strip out far too easily. If/when they strip out, I suppose you could replace them with a larger thread screw, but that metal shouldn't be that weak. It's nice that they're red and black (for and -). On my SXS, I took the bus, but the quality could have been better. I'm not sure I can recommend it.

For a wiring project on my travel trailer, I needed a couple of light/medium duty bus bars. I'm connecting two medium gauge wire sets and a few smaller ones away from the batteries in my case. This product fulfilled that requirement and exceeded my expectations.

It's a nice little unit. As a multi-purpose tool, it performs admirably. connect to the power bus (both positive and negative). The cover remains firmly in place.
