Questions & Answers

What is the best way to link?

What exactly do you imply?

Is a RJ-45 cable used? Is there a cable that connects the knob to the 11th cable?

Yes, as well as no. It's possible that the contacts in that clave aren't as good as the ones in the original.

It's not ideal, but it'll do
3/5

Despite the fact that it was re- I was unable to improve the sound by wiring everything in an attempt to make it sound better. The main issue with this processor is that it is out-of-date. The volume is too loud, and the bass isn't crisp; it sounds like the audio source is a megaphone rather than a file source. NOTE: That it will work fine at low levels, reconstructing bass in certain songs, but because it is low, you won't be able to enjoy the earth shattering bass from high output subs. That it is alright for the price, can't really complain for $50, it does add bass at certain parts of songs just not as crisply as I would hope. If you just want to add some bass and aren't concerned about sound quality, this will suffice, and I can't say enough good things about the price!.

I'm getting some really nice, soothing bass
5/5

I'm getting really nice and relaxing bass because it does what it says it will. Not in the same way that cars have distortion and vibrations. My chevy c1500 reg cab from 1993 sounds fantastic. I was listening to music through my sound system: I had terrible rattle vibrations in my 2003 Honda Civic, 2005 Ford Mustang, and 1998 Camaro. I had to spend money on sound-dampening dynamat for the trunk and door panels, but there were still some strange loose panels, clips, and other noises that killed the bass. I couldn't even have it turned up loud because it's embarrassing to have the system on and hear tons of rattles all over the place. I've never had a problem with the quality, and my truck has never had any rattle vibrations or strange noises. Now I understand what it's like to actually enjoy listening to my favorite music through a high-quality sound system. br>Some people on the block have sound systems in their cars, so they may not hear the rattles inside, but the rattles are annoying when you are outside the car. This is something I strongly suggest! You will impress people if you have a nice setup with proper wires, speakers, and an enclosure box. I'm actually quite surprised at how much bass I get from such a small and limited speaker box compared to the regular cab, but I'm fine with it.

It's fantastic, but there are a few things to think about
4/5

It was installed a few days ago, and I've been listening to it. The power cable that comes with it is way too short; it's about 1 foot long, maybe less. This was a major annoyance for me. Because the gauge is so small, I accidentally broke the power cable from the terminal by moving it around. I recommend upgrading to a higher gauge because you can tell they cut corners. Their terminals appear to be capable of handling 14 and 12 gauge wires. Another issue I had was that when I turned the remote knob up, it would do nothing until I got to 2/3rds of a turn, at which point it would go crazy and cause me to lose power. As a result, I switched the unit's jumpers from 2v to "Oh My Goshhh" 10v. Now it starts to take effect around 1/4th of a turn and sounds a lot cleaner, but at 1/2 a turn it starts to sound wonky and distorted. It'll work and make the bass louder and lower, but it'll sound muddy because there'll be a quiet muffled humming behind all the boosted bass. I was sending the full signal because that's what AudioControl recommends for their epicenter, but it increased the low humming bass when playing songs. With this unit, I found that with the LPF on the HU set around 120hz and a 24db roll-off, the bass sounds a lot cleaner. off. Overall, I'm pleased with the product, but I need to replace my bad stock alternator because my voltage drops when I try to crank it. My HU outputs 2 volts, but I believe this product would shine with 4 volt HUs. I believe the low noise is due to my HU's low voltage, and it's possible that I'm clipping because I'm sending a signal with such a wide LPF. When I get a chance and if Amazon allows it, I'll add pictures and videos.

Any sound system will benefit from this addition
5/5

It really brings out the bass in songs that didn't have it before. This won't help much with songs that already have a lot of bass.

Excellent substitute for the more expensive epicenter
5/5

Everything appears to be working properly. It's doing exactly what it's supposed to! On my daily driver, it's already installed. Cleaning up the corridos!.

The final piece of the puzzle
5/5

I installed a Rockford Fosgate amplifier and a JBL subwoofer. It sounded good, but the sub levels on the radio, CDs, auxiliary, and Bluetooth were all different. As a result, I was able to stock up on bass.

Perfect for the price; I just received it and noticed a difference right away; installation took less than 30 minutes. It was suggested by a friend, and I would recommend it as well.
