This was purchased solely to replace the OEM CD/tape deck/radio in my 2006 Tundra with a modern Carplay interface. The Pioneer interface, on the other hand, is far superior to Carplay. My favorite feature is the built-in Spotify app, which includes album art and works over Bluetooth, unlike Carplay. Although the unit includes built-in Waze support, I prefer Google Maps, so I'm sticking with Carplay for the time being. With the caveat that I'm using this 99% of the time for Apple CarPlay. I'm in ecstasy right now. In daylight, the screen is bright and clear.
