I noticed only two RCA outputs, which I assume are for the front and rear speaker amplifiers. Is there a subwoofer output?

The subwoofer is connected to one of the two RCA outputs. If you only have a sub and don't have an amp, you'll lose the "rear" RCA outputs.

For what it is, it's a little pricey

It took some time to figure out how to make it work with a USB flash drive (I don't want to use this with a phone). It's small because it doesn't have a CD player, so it takes up less space behind the dash. The only other feature I wish it had is HD radio (one of my favorite radio stations is only available in HD, so I can no longer listen to it).

This is an excellent unit

It's been years since I bought a radio. I began driving my tractor, which did not come equipped with a built-in radio. I had a custom box built for me, complete with speakers and this Pioneer head unit, by a friend. In comparison to previous models, the radio is quite small. I really like this unit because it connects to my iPhone quickly once it's set up. The multi connectors can also be used to charge your phone, but I prefer to use the Bluetooth setting.

I bought a few of these to use in party bus builds. They're extremely dependable, simple to use, simple to pair with blue tooth for customers, and simple to clear the BT memory for drivers. I wish they had front, rear, and sub pre outs instead of just the two, but that's a minor grip for such a low-cost Mechless head unit. They're fantastic for simple builds and those with limited space!.
