Questions & Answers
It might. It's on four 12" subwoofers, and it hits hard and doesn't overheat. For two 10"s, your amp will most likely need to be tuned down lower than usual. But, so far, it's been a fantastic amp.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. No, these Kicker Class D amplifiers don't have an internal fan because they already dissipate heat extremely well.
Yes, this amplifier's minimum impedance level is 2 ohms, so as long as you wire the sub woofers in series, you'll be fine!

This amp is incredible. I have it hooked up to a beefy box 10" CompR 10" 800 rms and I'm so glad I bought it instead of the cx 800. 1 at first, but it wasn't hitting as well as they claimed this 1200 could. The task is completed by one.
It came with a certificate stating that it had been tested at 1270 watts @ 2 ohms. It's driving two Kicker CompQ 10" DVC 2ohm 700RMS subs in a sealed (separated chambers) enclosure, and it's keeping them cool and sounding great.
This small amp has exceeded my expectations. It's a little underpowered for two 12" L7 Q series, but it gets the job done. It produced 1378w rms with no clipping or distortion, according to a certified dyno. This vehicle is ideal for daily use. There's also no need to use bridge connectors because both positives and negatives are connected to the same bus on the inside. The only reason for two outputs is to prevent too much wire from being crammed into a single set of terminals.
I would strongly advise you to do so!.
I had this amp hooked up to 2 dd 612s 1ohm and it was slammin but I had bad voltage drop even with the big 3, so I ordered a mechman and 1/0 power and ground and decided to send this amp back and get a Skar rp2000 since I had more power now. WHAT A BAD MISTAKE this kicker on 4 ga and stock alt with bad voltage drop is louder and if I still had this amp with the upgrades I have now.
The amp arrived in an already opened box, which had most likely been returned, but I didn't mind as long as it worked. This was not the case. A complete flop, and to make matters worse, I kept it for 40 days before having it professionally installed, putting me 10 days past Amazon's 30-day return policy. I wrote to the seller, describing my experience, hoping that they would be a business with good ethics and at the very least exchange it for a new one, but they never responded. Horrible customer service, waste of money; instead, purchase one locally and return it without the hassle.
It goes perfectly with the kitchen; for the best performance, get the epicenter.
I don't know what else to say. It has a strong impact and a great sound.
