Based on my review of the akaso v50x, here is my true and unbiased opinion. It has been a few days since I bought this camera, so I have done extensive testing with it, which I will compare with the original AKO V50. I have never used the Akaso V50 pro or the Akaso V50 elite, so I cannot compare it with those, but it might be better to compare it with the Akaso V50 pro or the Akaso V50 elite. Based on my experience with those cameras, I am unable to provide a reliable comparison. Comparing it with the AKO V50, this camera is an excellent option. This camera represents a significant improvement over previous models due to its touchscreen, gyroscope, and better hardware and software. Despite the ease of use of the touch screen and the fact you can still use the analog buttons on the new camera to access all the features, such a feature, however, gives you better control over navigating to settings and when using the camera with its case, it becomes even more convenient. It is needed to have these abilities. Both of these cameras record up to native 4K 30fps, but since the akaso v50x has WDR and other improvements to the picture quality, it just looks better whether it is the colors, the sharpness or the overall quality. A few things threw me off, one of them was the camera, the akaso v50x is supposed to be able to take 12MP photos while the other was supposed to take 20MP. I guess some corners had to be cut, Actually, I turned out to be wrong even though the mp is lower, the picture looks better with the new technology than with the previous technology. My comparison of bright light images, low light images, and average images revealed that the Akaso V50x performed better in all three conditions. It is also worth mentioning the sound quality which is surprisingly good for an action camera. In terms of perfection, it wasn't perfect but it was still okay. The Akaso kit also comes with many connectors and adapters for you to get started it doesn't give you everything but it is nice to have something rather than nothing at all. In addition, the batteries that are included are a plus, when you put them in, they will give you more performance than traditional batteries do. Although I would say that the old remote felt a little classier, a little better made than the new one, the remote control seems to work well and unlike the old akaso camera, you do not have to pair the remote to the camera. The other things I enjoyed about this action camera were the 4X Zoom feature, which seems like not much, but on an action camera from this price range it's a big deal. Although it doesn't provide super slow videos, it does work nicely in slow motion at 720P or 1080p 90fps. However, you aren't going to get those super slow videos but it does the trick. In addition to the portrait mode, there are numerous other choices for the camera. Waterproof casing seems to be on the rugged side, but it does the job just fine. This device is very affordable for the quality it provides. It comes with a lot of adapters and connectors. The picture quality is very good and the audio is decent, too. The image stabilization is very good. It comes with two 1350 milliamp batteries and four times zoom. There are a couple of cons you should keep in mind the 12MP camera, the substandard audio, and the cheap feeling controller. The camera does not have a large zoom, and batteries can get a little warm after prolonged use. I would say that if you're looking for a reasonable action camera for the price, you cannot go wrong here. If you compare it to the original Akaso V50, it's a definite improvement.

This action cam is amazing at an incredible price. In a nutshell, It's been a few years since I looked into an action camera, but I didn't really justify the expense of a I purchased the Akaso V50X a little over a week ago after researching the available clones. The experience has not disappointed me. I'm very pleased with the camera. It feels and looks very sturdy and well-made. A number of accessories are included, including a waterproof case, mounting adapters, a wrist remote, and a charger that can charge the batteries at the same time. As long as you have, or can purchase, a micro SD card, you can start using the V50X immediately. With a little bit of poking around and using the online pdf manual, it's pretty straightforward to figure out how to use. My main focus has been the video quality of the content and that really has impressed me. In my experience, it is only possible to shoot in 4k at 30 frames per second, so I cannot speak to I don't really see a reason to shoot at a lower resolution at this point. My only issue with the video is chromatic aberration, but I can remove this easily with editing software. I've had trouble seeing magenta fringing in some lighting situations, but I was able to remove it by using Using the gyroscope setting, videos appear to have been filmed with the camera mounted on a gimbal. The image stabilization appears to perform well. In addition to the touch screen, there are physical buttons that are pretty intuitive to use when the camera is in the waterproof case, but they don't work while the camera is in the waterproof case. There is a bit of a gain in volume for sound recordings, as others have pointed out. Due to the fact that I will be using the camera in the waterproof case, I will not be picking up much sound with its built-in microphone. It appears that an external microphone is now available for the V50X, so I may pick one up for use outside the case at some point. It has not been possible to get any of the smart phone apps to work with the V50X. I have tried all of the apps that are supposed to work with it. The best they can do is start up, but then freeze up. I would like the option of controlling the camera with a smart phone, but it isn't a game changer for me not to have this ability. physical buttons, the touch screen, and the wrist remote of the camera work perfectly, and I find them to be easier to use than the app. Many reviewers commented that they were disappointed that the maximum resolution available for still photography is 12 megapixels, but in my resolution menu it shows up to 20 megapixels. The V50X is not really a camera I would use for a great deal of photography since I usually have a couple of DSLR's with me. In spite of Akaso's recommendation of a 64 GB card, the camera readily recognized the 128 GB card and was able to access its full capacity. Despite my initial reservations with the Akaso V50X, I am very impressed. As far as I know, you will be unable to find an action cam for under $100 with as many features as this one. As a result, I am very satisfied with my decision.

In fact, I was working (some jobs are a bit more fun than others), so I clipped the camera to my radio chest pack and used it I-n- d My first trials did not come close to the results I achieved with the camera, since the device stayed dry in its case, and the sound recording was way better than I expected. My initial review ranked four out of five stars, and that was pretty much the only con. So I changed it Apps don't bother me much, and I can live without them. This is my first action camera and I'm very pleased with it. This Akaso V50X action camera is a very good piece of equipment at a very good price. * It comes with a ton of features, it is affordable, and it comes with a lot of mounting options. During my bicycle rides, I use it most often to charge the two batteries at the same time. In the box you will find two batteries and one charger. Whether you're wearing your helmet or riding a handlebar, it fits perfectly. I considered the resolution quality to be very good, but the sound quality could use a bit of work. My favorite feature on the remote is that it makes it easy for me to take pictures and videos. In addition to a waterproof case, it comes with a travel bag. We order this to upgrade our Akaso V50 Pro we already own. This camera is awesome! As well as the touch screen, I enjoy how you can change the width of what can be recorded. The battery life, hours of recording, and video quality are excellent, as well, similar to some of the I highly recommend this brand and this model if you're looking for a camera to vlog or take with you on vacation. Priced at about the same level as "the brand who shall remain nameless," it is perfect for both novices and seasoned consumers. The only difference that I would like to see is that instead of the waterproof casing, the camera itself should be What are the chances of that happening All in all, it's a great little camera, and I highly recommend the company out of which it was purchased. I have found them to be very easy to work with, and they respond to my questions quickly. It is our third Akaso camera we have bought from them, and I am sure that it will not be the last! They are so affordable, that all of my teenagers can use them for school projects and taking vacation photos.
