Even though the video and color quality are better, it may not be worth the cost to upgrade slightly. To see what upgrades will be available in the 2019 version, I would wait until then. $140 is a great price for this adorable little product. Initially it was a little tricky, but I finally got it to work. I set it up and pressed record. I edited it on my laptop later. Video quality is good even though the iphone to camera connection isn't the best, but the device is still worth $140.

Before I begin, I would like to say that I am an outdoor enthusiast who uses his camera for outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling. Here are some of my observations as I have recently upgraded from the V50 to the V50 elite It is superb to watch videos at 4K 60 frames per second. On my ATV trips, I use a headmount strap and just leave it running in the background. There were two batteries that came with the unit and a charger. A quality build is found in the waterproof case which has access buttons made of stainless steel. We didn't have any issues with water getting into the house. far, I am very happy with my decision choosing Akaso V50 Elite. It also has voice control, which I intend to use, and I intend on using the continue loop feature as a car camera. We'll update you as soon as we know more.

This unit compares very closely to the GoPro Hero 6 at 4k 30fps and while it does not provide such great picture quality or image stabilization, it is a much better deal than the Hero 6 for less than half the price. Using it to record several spots on a trip to Italy helped bring back memories, and viewing it again in VR made the experience even more vivid. Definitely one of the best action cameras for the price. My Hero 5 kicked the bucket before I ceased to be a Gro Pro Man. I was impressed by Akaso V50 Elite so much that I decided to give it a try. In all video modes, the image quality is excellent and the image stability is excellent. As for the video quality, it is also excellent. My experience with the camera is pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone who desires quality without the very high price. The footage it produces may not look like a Go Pro but it won't matter to those who view your footage.
