My DJI Phantom is powered by an iPad Mini 4 that I bought for myself. They are very easy to slide on and off, and they store flat when not in use. In my opinion, the Apple iPad is only adversely affected by its edges, which are right at the screen portion. Although it is nice since the brightness sensor is still exposed to the sun and the button remains visible, it almost crowds the image a little bit and if not careful it will shift over and cut off the corners of the screen. It is still worth buying for anyone using a larger device with a drone, and one I would recommend for all. I think the sun is handled very well.
