Since I always use an Ipad Mini, I couldn't use the Air 2 remote with my drone as it didn't fit in the previous DJI remotes. I really like the way it works. My rating of the new Mavic Air 2 controller is better than my rating for the old-style Your posture was awkward and you couldn't really see anything of the controller if you looked down. Obviously now it is on top, so you can see the whole thing.

My guess is that this would work well on a standard Mavic Air controller or even a Due to the changes to the Mavic Air 2, the main issue is that the attachment method for the Mavic Air 2 leaves a lot of slop in the mount, causing the tablet mount There are other companies that have solved this issue by screwing a large head screw into the back of the plate, which secures the plate to the two upright bars (antenna) on the Mavic Air 2. The holder had an issue holding my several hundred dollar tablet in this case, so I used both an 8 and a 10 inch device. My return of the item was accepted.

In order to attach my Samsung Note 9 with case to the DJI Mavic Mini controller, I needed a simple way to hook it up. It was necessary to remove my phone case from the controller in order to use it. This GYTECH pad holder is fitted and finished to an excellent standard. It is of much higher quality than I had expected for the price. The phone is well fitted and the fittings stay in place even when set in place without moving. Thanks to the adjustable arm and pivot joint, the Android phone can be tilted and slanted. I thought the design and execution of the product was very thoughtful. Two things to consider. In order to connect your phone to the Mavic Mini controller, you would have to use a longer cable than what comes with it. As for the other reason, it took a little time for me to get used to the differently balanced phone, pad holder, and controller between my hands versus when the phone is directly connected.

The remote controller of the Mavic Air 2 has a slot for this product that fits well within the phone holder. My trust in the plastic ball and threaded nut that connect the two pieces of this adapter is not as strong as that of many other reviewers. I choose to keep these two pieces attached and carry them outside of my hard-shell carry case since they are so fragile. As a result, I never have to worry that the iPad will slide out when I use this. The extra screen size makes it heavier and bulkier, but it's worth it for its larger screen size.

The adapter is very sturdy, firm, and can be tightened/loosened for stationary use or for the tablet to be moved/positioned. As I adjust the holder I can clear the joysticks without any issues. Depending on how close or far the holder is, I can place the tablet directly over them. Back of it has a ball joint with open screw nut (or loosen to have more maneuverability) for it to move forward or backward. In the future, I would definitely purchase this item There is one item to be aware of. I'm not marking this off since it's not the adapter's fault, but the device is quite heavy when compared to having a cell phone on it, so it may take some adjusting You should use a lanyard so you can rest it on the ground (or drop it) if you need to.

I had originally planned to purchase an aluminum iPad Mini holder for my Mavic 2 Pro remote control, but I decided to have a look at this one first even though it is made My surprise was that it was incredibly simple to assemble (I didn't need any instructions at all) and I was able to use it within Despite being made of plastic and seeming to be very durable, my iPad is held in place firmly without any movement whatsoever. My favorite aspect of this lamp is the way that it swivels for good The remote control sits exactly underneath my iPad, so I like how high it is. There is no doubt in my mind. The only concern I have is that the plastic ball joint could wear down and become too loose over time. I was surprised to see it arrive in only one day and for now, this seems to be well worth the $20 price tag. For now, it appears well worth the $20 price tag. Having had personal experience with this holder, I would recommend it.
