While it was convenient to be able to hold the phone closer to your face, it took time to set up, and to pack in my bag it was bulky and big. There is a solution to my problem that I found! However, it is more important that it works well that it feels good quality. My case fits well with it and there is almost no extra space taken up by it. I no longer have to set up my phone, I just pull out my remote and slide it in! I can keep my case on too! You will need a cable to charge this device since DJI's reach does not.

I have to spend a little more time setting up my first flight, but the remote controller is much better at fitting my phone than the app. My phone held securely after I added the pads. I was unable to use them without them at first. In addition to being slightly higher than the remote, the phone is also comfortable in its position. Now I have both sides of my phone covered with buttons and the cover doesn't impede my ability to access anything.

Due to the fact that my Galaxy Note 10 Plus does not fit very well on the controller, I got this for my Mavic Pro 1. My screen protector won't get damaged by the grip of the controller any longer, so I am very happy about my purchase. I highly recommend this book.

There is a tight fit between it and the Mavic Mini controller's slots, but it can be fit at most in As it stands, you're basically left with a phone that's bare, and that's not my thing.

It was impossible to use my Samsung Note 8 with an admittedly thick, very protective case. The world would be a better place if I appreciate having this feature for my phone within the controller without having to remove the case.

With much finagling, I found that the slim official Samsung case fit well with these, as well as my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. In order to accomplish this, you must get the phone centered so that it doesn't contact the gimbal, yet maintain good access to the USB C connection.

Along with this I'm using the Spigen Liquid Air Armor Designed for iPhone XR Case (2018) case, and it holds the cable perfectly without putting pressure on it. In addition, I do not need to take it out of the case to use it.
