Gear like this is great. This is a very solid and high quality product. It is a great product as purchased, but I deducted a point because at this price point it really should come with the screws in end cap, which I had to purchase separately. The screws will also take weeks to arrive (probably Having these end caps on will help keep the handles from coming loose if anything should You will receive the end caps along with the rails if you order them separately. It's interesting how things work out. As well as offering this in a 16" rail version, SmallRig should really consider offering it. a 12" wide rail will work for most purposes, a 16" wide rail would give me the ability to place the handles exactly where I need them for a little more It was with this in mind that I ordered a set of SmallRig 16" rails.

Despite being the best cheaper option out there, it is still overpriced for what it is. Although the handles tend to come off more often than I like, I think it's a fair price for the quality.

I do not feel that they have tightened up completely. It helped me build out a rig and I was very pleased with it. It doesn't seem like they tighten up fully, but they definitely feel tight enough to be useful.
