In a way, the top of the shoulder pad is like a cheese plate, allowing one to add other threaded attachments depending on how long the rails are and where they are mounted. Pad was attached securely to plate as opposed to another similar item of a similar price. There is a small gap between the pad and the slope from neck to shoulder, and this pad may not meet your needs. Would have liked the pad to be a little wider, sloped across the width, and to be made with a better-quality This is an all-around nice little piece of gear for the money. This will certainly come in handy if you're attempting to Frankenstein a shoulder rig together.

Well, it apparently lost its memory because it felt like you were wearing cardboard on your shoulder, and it was $40. There is a $50 price difference between this CAMVATE model and this one. As for that, I sent it back and tried this instead. I was very satisfied with this one. Besides being soft, the pillow is also situated just on top of your shoulder, taking some of the strain Thank you so much for this! I am very glad I tried this out! In contrast to any other version, I highly recommend this one!.

The shoulder piece I chose does what it should - it does what it should for the price. In retrospect I would have preferred the one with mounting holes on the backing angle piece, but I managed to make the one I bought There is only one suggestion I would make, and that would be to make it I like the padding, but it is a bit "tall" and tends to rock a little bit after a while. There was some extra memory foam added here to smooth things.

I think this is a good shoulder pad, but I wish there were more 1/4 20 threads on it so that counterweights can be attached without having to extend the rods very far.

In addition to the camvate DSLR Rig pad, the SmallRig clamps and base, and next to my NICEYRIG cage, I purchased this to construct a rig for my BMPCC4K. It was as if everything had crumbled to pieces. Their quality appears to be good, and the support seems to be adequate.

Perfect, just what I had been looking for! Compared to the "foam" pad that I had before, this pad was a significant upgrade for me. I like how well it fits my shoulder and how comfortable it is.

I'm not sure if I like it or not. The first time it broke was the second. As soon as the tightening mechanism was used for two or three times, the rails were locked on one side. The information provided is unreliable.
