There is no way to set up the system. I am not a fan of this type of internet connection. There is no tech support. It is a hard wired system, which is why I received it. There is no extension cord included. Each camera is powered from its own plug in power supply, and the cord is but seven inches long at best. Plugging the base station into the connector is the same as plugging into the plug. It will take you a lot of time and effort to discover that your device cannot be scanned because it does not have a code.

Twenty minutes was all I was able to do

Today, I received this unit. The following instructions were followed I opened the boxes and connected the components to ensure all was well before installing. The cameras all came up in perfect condition, but after about 20 minutes the monitor screen went black and all action ceased. This product is from China, so there will be no tech support. A new system will be available soon from Amazon. As I am aware that things do happen, I will give you the second one a chance. When the system is working properly and continues to do so, I will change my rating on the product.

After receiving a replacement from Amazon, I was able to install the system and it is working well. My favorite part of night vision is the night vision at night. I am still very frustrated by the lack of technical assistance We appreciate the support we receive from the manufacturer. We are so lucky to have Amazon as our insurance company. They treated me well.

A simple and easy to use NVR system using WiFi

It took me about a week to decide that this product was the best for me. The fact that I am not a tech savvy person made me a bit cautious at first. Despite this, I did not have a difficult time setting up this product it took me less than half an hour to complete the process. My experience with this product was very positive.

I hate you! Buying is not a good idea

After I set it up and it worked for several months, while on vacation it stopped recording to the hard drive. I fixed my own issues and emailed them (no phone number was provided). I received a quick reply, however, it did not work and now they ignore my Sorry to hear that! I am still unable to get any help. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
