When we first started letting my daughter sleep in her crib alone nearly a year and a half ago, we were looking for a way to keep an eye on her. With my wife and me being able to sneak a peek into her room and see how she looks at night using my iPhone app, this camera ( along with another black one I ordered) have saved me and my wife tons of sleep and restless nights just by using the app. I had seen no app or hardware issues with this camera, but the security feature may be at the root of this camera's problem. This month in May, I was feeding my son in the dark in our living room near my daughters door around 4am while the lights were My daughter's room had somehow been indistinguishable until the very end when our voices said 'baby', about half an hour after I sat in the dark with my son. In a nutshell, In my opinion, there needs to be more security on this camera as YI needs to improve it! The voice of an unknown person came through the camera while my daughter was in the kitchen saying, " Hey You!". It took me only a few minutes to email the seller since I have WiFi protection setup on my router and the app that I use for this camera has a pin still, it didn't stop someone from taking it! Here is a video of my child being scared by a loser! Additionally, the SD card you purchased is no longer useful and they changed their policy and you no longer have access to the camera if you do not subscribe to their $85 a year service.

Please be aware The company refuses to let me cancel my subscription and is stealing my monthly payments. We are now going to legal action for illegal acts such as fraud and theft because PayPal is useless. You are at risk of this sort of thing happening to you. After a while, basic features went away, and you had to pay for cloud storage in order to access them.
