Update - May 7th 2020 As soon as I inserted the MicroSD card into my PC, I saw a "Log" folder, so I tried looking at the videos from the raw source (pretty poor quality) that said, I did not find any special features in the videos. This is followed by a file called "log_first_login". The file I extracted was called "gz". I ended up at /log/log_first_login after digging around. The file I found was called "wpa_supplicant" and is located in the /tmp/sd/first_login/ directory. I am con"". As soon as I opened the file in a text editor, I saw that my wireless login was I was not aware that the insert was made. It's a good thing I have my camera on a separate network because I don't trust Chinese security companies, but this just seems like lazy coding on the part of Yi Home security. I also noticed this vulnerability on my Yi Home dome camera. WOW is the only word I can use. This is a review of the previous review The "AI" seems to do everything that goes wrong in a short period of time, because I'm always going off with a tiny movement like a The sensitivity is set to a low level and still this occurs. As well as the build quality, it's poor. YI has moved away from that nicer feel of a premium product. There is no doubt that the video has been digitally sharpened. The quality is okay but it is clearly The only thing I don't understand is why the results have not yet topped 4K.
Upon closer examination, it does not seem to be a complete description. In the box, you get a camera that can't take longer than six seconds of video. When the clip ends, the company only says that if you want more than 6 seconds, you have to subscribe to their cloud storage, which you can do for free for the first week, then $40 per year and up thereafter. The micro SD port can be used to install a card that allows local storage of clips that last longer than 6 seconds. A little more research had to be done to determine that the maximum SD card size For $8, you can replace the $40/year SD card when you order the camera instead of paying that fee. Now that I've added the memory to my camera, I have a camera I can use for everything I need it for. There are left and right, up and down. Different from other cameras in that it offers a greater range of options.
price, just wanted to let you know that this camera does have local storage (MicroSD Card).
The slot is hidden beneath the lens of the camera. Users do not like that there is no local storage, so they check that out.
As I own four other YI cameras, I know what to expect from them. They all provide good night vision without the IR. In order to avoid glare, I like to use my cameras facing outside, through my windows, and with the IR switched off. I would not recommend using this new camera X in the same setup as before. Not a thing to be seen. The cameras with the IR turned off are shown in two pictures I uploaded. one on the left is a YI Dome camera, while the one on the right has been updated to YI Camera X. There will be no return for this one.
A few of the previous versions are excellent, and I own a couple of these things. You're going to like it. That doesn't seem to be the case. It was frustrating to own this one for about one week before I finally unplugged it. In the end, this camera just points itself at a wall and makes itself useless each time it is plugged in to monitor activity. I tried to use different settings and places, but the result was still the same. In the same locations and with the same settings, the older version of this camera had no problems. Basically how this camera makes itself useless is by turning on by itself and staring at a wall, where it can no longer do the simple task it was designed for. There is a possibility that software or firmware updates can solve Nevertheless, it would be a waste for me and is unusable at the moment.
The guard is useful to keep a watch on my cat while I am away from home. I can scold him if he climbs onto the counter with the two-way audio through the walls.
The one I have is still my favorite out of all the models I possess. I found the video to be very clear and motion tracking very Whenever I write, I keep the subject at the forefront of my mind. It seems that the privacy mode is useful as well. There is only one flaw in the captured video - the motor is quite loud.
As a business owner, I have installed 15 video cameras. The best value for the money, easy to install, and quick to start I like this picture a lot. I have no problems using it on my iPhone. It is difficult to use the iPad app very well.
