It is cheaper than Ring yet has a rotating camera that is far beyond what the competition has to offer. This is a great deal, as the price will increase incredibly quickly. While the screen is big, the picture quality is excellent, although connecting to WiFi was a problem. It is necessary to connect the app to a wifi router after downloading the app. With my Eero router it was difficult to get it to connect wirelessly, but I discovered I had a cat5 network or ethernet cable so I connected it to the router and camera. When the app showed the camera, I went into settings and typed my WiFi ID and password on the camera settings screen to enable it to connect to a WiFi network. Due to Eero's use of both bands 2, this is the problem. In this range, 4 and 5 GHz are used. Thus, by using cable, I was able to resolve the issues and now I have a working security camera for my home. With 3 now, I have full security being recorded at all times and receive alerts on my phone. I just wish there was a way to directly cast the video and view it on Throughout the day, I have my old phone hooked up to constantly cast a visual display on my house monitor.
