The dual router I have just does not work

It's nice to have a light that just screws into the socket and has the functions I need. However, I have trouble getting my two cell phones to easily pick them up. Despite the fact that my Spectrum router has 2 and 4 wifi, I have a dual-band system with both. It displays both the 4g and 5g bands, but only allows selection of the 5g band. It took a lot of time and effort, but I managed to get it configured in AP mode via my hotspot that shows Nevertheless, I was unable to get it working after I installed it on my porch. I am elderly and cannot keep climbing back up and down to reset and configure the system every time it goes offline. Even when I remember how to do it, I cannot do it every time it goes down. This product must be returned and something more reliable must be obtained.

I suggest you DO NOT purchase this product! The product would be given the following rating That is the correct rating! A HORRIBLE situation! Invest your time and money in something productive instead! I did not receive good customer service from the staff
