I've tested it with a Godox v860ll on my a6000, and it's fine The trigger would need to be a transmitter/receiver for it to work on A7II, but I can't imagine why it wouldn't work.
The Flash is compatible with all Sony MI shoe TTL cameras and has 1/8000S HSS, but has not been released with a receiver yet
If you don't have the Sony Godox receivers, you won't be able to use it. There is a chance that the flash might fire, but you won't be able to control it
As far as I can tell, this is working with the A7R3. Currently, I have my paired with a Godox TT350S.

Both the transmitter and receiver have been updated and now How to update the firmware can be found on YouTube!.
To trigger my Flashpoint 360, I bought this transmitter to use on my Sony A7RII and it worked like a charm. This combination of High Speed Sync and this combination of devices makes my life so much easier. The construction of the gun is surprisingly sturdy considering the price. A lot of care needs to be taken as to which line is blinking, or you'll damage other channels.
It is very small and very easy to operate. The reason I prefer this one over the new one with the screen is that I can still use my other flash in addition to.
It is great that you can control all the functions from the camera. A fantastic value for the money.
Hahahahah. In this dumb industry, you have to install an old trigger on top of the new trigger to use flash from the same brand. It means that you have to buy an.
So far, I have not run into any issues with the a73. As opposed to my Canon transmitter, this has only 3 groups (A, B, C). It doesn't matter, it works. There may be a way to get the other groups, even without a manual.
I have had no problems so far with it and it works as intended. As of now, I have only used the Godox TT350S for photos, and I am still learning everything about it.
