There is a bowens mount on it. The notch is the one that you twist to snap into place and then you turn to snap into
You can use it with any speedlight type flash, it is mounted on the back, but it requires a Bowen mount adapter, along with the tripod with Bowen mount adapter, or adapter that you are using, for example a handheld adapter for using it with your laptop.
This is a Bowens mount light compatible with all models. A Godox SL60w and a VL150 were used for testing. This works just fine for me.
As far as I know, it is with Bowen's mount

My main modifier, which I had purchased from Phottix four years ago, was broken after four years so I bought this Octagonal Softbox modifier. There was a simple carry bag as well as two white covers so the light would be diffused. The light weight and ease of assembly make it a great choice. Using it with a Flashpoint Speedlite R2 and Evolv200 on a Godox bracket mount, it produces a soft, warm light that is great for portrait photography. There are some questions regarding the durability of the design, although the design appears to be good. We hope it will hold up for a few more years.
It's easy to put together and take down as well. Those who go run and gun and shoot solo will find this indispensable. The Godox SL-500 paired well with this camera The video light has 60 lumens. As long as you use them with care, the take down buttons made of plastic should last for a long time.
It usually seems too good to be true, so that is the case most of the time. In comparison, a chimera folding softbox is six times the price, but it will never wear out. Then if this holds up for at least a year or two, it will be well worth the effort. Keeping an extra couple in the trunk will serve as a backup!.
As far as quality is concerned, I was very pleased with this softbox. Material used for the umbrella rods, bracket, and bracket are all of the highest quality. As far as this is concerned, it is not easy to set-up It is more sturdy than your basic umbrella, which expands quickly, and it is on the heavy side (also speaks to its durability). The product would have been better served if it had a small instruction manual. To get the rods in place, the rods have to be humped a bit, but I guess that's a good sign they are fixed. I hope several of the rods don't break after regular use, and I hope you can buy more if they do break. After the first assembly, some of the rods were bent, so that's why I hope you'll be able to buy more. It's best feature and reason I bought it are the 3 (or i) diffusion stages In order of appearance, light strikes the beauty dish first, then the back of the umbrella (which is white), then the middle layer of white diffuser, and finally the outer layer of In a nutshell, getting rid of any hot spots. In order to attach a Yongnuo speed light to a bowens mount (pictured), I bought a bowens mount separately. Although it would have been nice if it had a grid, in its current state it's a pretty good value. Hopefully soon I will be able to add a photo showing the spread of the light.
A foldable softbox is so much easier to use and makes things so It used to take me forever to put together the rods and squeeze the corners, but this one pops open so all I have to do is screw it on to This soft box makes me feel comfortable to bring on shoots since it's so quick to set up and gives my subjects light that is very soft.
As well as being able to attach the diffusion via Velcro instead of clamps is a big plus! intend to purchase more of these as I purchase more lights and hope to find larger versions of these softboxes!.
This softbox accentuates the light quality and allows me to achieve quite different effects when shooting portraits. Weight is light, but the material is solid and does not easily deform. Providing more creative space is achieved by including a diffuser plate. The product is excellent and I am very satisfied with it.
have only used this a little but I have been thrilled with the results, and I am especially fond of the fact it is fordable because I This seems to be well made, although it is a bit hard to mount. I mean, you will need to exert some effort to keep the rods in place, but it stays in place very well.
