A big dent in the lens appears to be caused by being shipped without a battery cap (or strap). When the battery is removed from the camera, the battery falls out but the camera will still work to a limited extent. Even so, I expect to spend at least $20 All it takes is a little screw cap and an adapter to bring the price up to $30. It is also obvious that no attempt was made to clean the camera.
The room was a little dirty, but it was fine.
