In most drug stores, you can have your 35 mm film developed. Slides, color prints, and black and white prints can be created, depending on the type of film you purchase. With the growth of digital cameras, finding a location to develop your film has become much more challenging.

I owned the Argus C3 camera for the first time. I used my father's camera for many years, including taking photography honors courses in Chicago. When I was about 10 years old, he gave me the camera. It was a rangefinder camera and I learned so much about photography when I used it, despite the fact that it was so primitive in many ways. There was also instruction on what fstops are, how to use a light meter (you had to purchase your own separately) and how to use a film speed meter. I was so curious about Nikon cameras that I bought my very first one when I was in my early twenties. It has been many years since I had my first camera. For the past year or so, I have been missing my old friend Argus, though I have no idea what happened to him. It was my father who was 95 when he passed away Having taken thousands of pictures over the years, my mother, who was now more frail by the day, spent hours showing some of the thousands of photos I had taken in her lifetime. As I wrote in my last post, he died in January and I decided to order another Argus immediately. As it happens, I received my "new" camera in almost mint condition. As well as the camera, there was an instruction manual, a case, and a primitive lens cap. I found the price to be reasonable, and the delivery to be fast. My hands still shook from how heavy it had been, but I'd forgotten just how much it weighed. I appreciate it.

Received my copy yesterday in the mail. It was vintage I was looking for, and it was exactly what I received. (four days early) As soon as I clean it up and start using it, I'll be happy. It would not be recommended to drop this on your feet or toes. The pain is excruciating. I love it!.
