A high quality Barlow is the same as the ones in my case that I have from Svbony (Redline series). Barlows allow me to extend the range of the eyepieces I can choose from as I don't like to keep zillions of focal lengths in my eyepiece case. There is also another one that is even more versatile because you can remove the lens from the body and screw it right There's no need to buy an additional device since it can be attached to the nose piece This is the T In addition to the thread and compression ring, the brass is a nice touch.

It is very affordable, but you should not expect great It is important to note that this Barlow does not have a filter thread for connecting There is nothing wrong with the quality in general, I am happy with it, but if you are looking for high quality images for Astro photography, this one may not work for you.
