I think it's a good product, but it adds a lot of weight to your flash, for me, it is not worth it since the light looked the same as with an on flash diffuser. The magnets are very strong, so be careful with anything metallic. However, I can tell you that it has a bad range with flash, so for run and gun I wouldn't recommend it, but for weddings you can mount it with a flash, but this is not an item that is portable. There are problems with the price and the limited set if you need more it will be a drag since the cost for this to work on all your flashes is too high. The costs make it hard to buy them one by one, so if you are going to make money with your photography then buy it. It's not for hobbyists because it's too expensive. Photographers who specialize in weddings may prefer this device.
I am very satisfied with the results of the As a result There is a thin layer of silicone on the Mag Bounce, which is weak and weakens the product. Furthermore, there is no enclosure for the magnets in the bag, which leads to them converging in the bag once folded. Magmod can provide a better product at this price. The silicone tends to tear more and more with repeated use.
In addition to the magsphere, there are a number of accessories that add considerable weight to the speedlight itself. It is cool to have the grid with color gels.
Very nice but it was very expensive. You can call it Solens or some such thing, but the same content is contained. Feeling cheated is all I can say. Nonetheless, it is a very good quality product.
During an event in a space with high and/or angled walls or ceilings, I ran into problems bouncing light. A friend recommended this to me. Everything worked as it should. Despite my preference for spatial lighting in a studio setting, this method works well for events as well.
My MagMod Professional Flash Kit has been in my possession for 6 months now. It has been extremely helpful in my journey towards becoming a better photographer. It's especially nice to own the MagMod Bounce and Sphere. Though they might be more expensive than other products. I find it to be effective for me. When it comes to indoor use with low ceilings, I tend to use the MagSphere and MagBounce the most. The MagBounce can be used as a softbox for large spaces like high ceilings or outdoors. The setup is very fast compared to MagBox, but I love MagBox as well
Great products for a leisure.
Since I am an amateur photographer, I do not have any lighting equipment beyond my Canon flash. When you use a flash with the Magmod, every aspect of the photograph is improved. An accessory pouch comes with the kit, as well as a very nice box. The flash head fits perfectly on the accessory, and the different accessories can be changed on the fly. I'm in love with This adds weight to your setup, which is the only downside.
That's a great product and I love the concept. It's hard to get the piece that attaches to your flash on and it's often too heavy to hold your flash in place at a 45o angle without holding it in place with one hand. pleased with the purchase, but would like any future buyers to consider the above information prior to making a purchase.
