The DCS- The same(?) is used by 80. The RX-300 has a 3" screen. Because the 100 series does, this protector should be a breeze to install.
It would. br>From the outside, the RX100VII and VI are identical. The only thing that has been changed is the interior electronics.
This screen has a lot of transparency, but it isn't polarized, as far as I can tell. This isn't an anti-glare screen, so don't expect it to be. Having said that, I've used it on my RX100 in the tropics as well as in the dead of night. VI, it's always worked well for me and has never caused me any problems, so it's probably best to just relax and enjoy it.

Pros: The tempered glass is very nice, and the wipe/dry cleaning wipes make installation a breeze.
Cons: "Edge to edge" isn't quite accurate. It covers the active part of the lcd (the part that lights up when the camera is turned on), but not the entire lcd surface/panel. The left side of the LCD surface/panel is still uncovered as seen in the photo. An rx100 vi is shown in the photo.
In addition, the package includes three screen protectors! One of the best investments I've ever made- I'm completely content with my purchase.
Cleaning the screen and using the tag guides should be done exactly according to the instructions. They arrived in a solid case and were undamaged (I've had others arrive in envelops that had cracked during shipping). Doesn't fit completely 100% because there is a tiny edge that makes no difference. The sensitivity of the system is excellent.
You'll get a small bubble on the edge if you don't.
These screen protectors were the cheapest on Amazon when I purchased them for my RX100VI. For only $7, you can get three screen cleaner kits as well as three screen protectors. One of the sets was used, and it went on smoothly. I have a couple of other cameras with LCD screens that are similar in size, so I might try using one of those instead. It is unquestionably less expensive than purchasing the official Sony screen protector.
The RX100VI's screen protector is an excellent addition. br>It adds a layer of protection to the LCD touch screen while still allowing it to function. br>There are three screens included, so one could be replaced if desired, but it's more likely that only one will last the camera's lifetime.
It's fantastic! It was fairly simple to get on, and there were no bubbles. I kept missing the center and had to try again a few times before I got it right. It simply took some time to adjust. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying it. Because my camera is a Sony rx1r2, I have no idea how or if it affects the touch screen function's response. There is no way to use the touch screen. All I can say is that it fits well, looks good, and can adhere bubble-free when properly applied.
Because the Sony now has a touch screen, I knew I needed to protect it. Directions are simple to read and implement. The cleaning cloths, on the other hand, were mediocre at best. The moist one was just as dry as the dry one, but the screen was clean and it worked fine. Three screen protectors are included, and I'll keep the extras as a backup.
