Yes, I purchased this item for my G7x Mark 2 because they both have the flip screen mechanism. Because the screen sizes are compatible, you won't have to worry about the screen protector br>1)not fittingbr>2)preventing the flip screen from fully flipping.
I liked the screen saver, and it did fit my G7 X Mark II.
The protector is made of hard plastic and has a glossy finish. It's the perfect size for my G7X. Make sure you apply it directly to the skin rather than attempting to slide it in. Firmly press, ensuring that any air pockets are released and that the clear glass feeling is achieved. I don; When shooting in the sun, I don't have any issues with glare. It's as if it never existed, and you're simply looking at the same LCD frame, albeit one that is now protected by the screen protector. I hope this has been of assistance.
I don't have access to this product, but it's unlikely to be 0. 4 inches in thickness (I have a 0 on my index fingernail.) That's a lot of screen protector at 375 inches wide!

It worked great, but it was a little difficult to set up. I've installed screen protectors before, so I knew what to add to this package that wasn't already there.
1. Before mounting, use post-it notes to pick up any last specks of dust.
2. a piece of scotch tape to assist with alignment.
I don't like glass screen protectors because I think they're difficult to install perfectly, but I couldn't find a plastic one that wasn't too expensive, so I went with the most popular glass model. This has definitely changed my mind about screen protectors made of glass. It was simple to set up, with only three steps. br>1. 2. clean with a wet wipebr> dry
3. Install a screen protectorbr>I did notice that the wet wipe left a lot of streaks or something similar, which I had to "buff" out. That is my sole gripe. The screen protector is installed on all of them, as you can see in my photos, and it went on without a hitch, despite the fact that I messed up halfway through and had to start over. I'm astounded by how light it is and how silky it feels. While protecting the screen, it feels noticeably better than the stock screen. br>I've only had my Canon G9X mark ii for a few days, but the pictures were taken in less than 5 minutes after installation. If anything goes wrong, I'll keep you updated.
This glass screen protector was ordered for a Canon G7x mark 2 that I had recently purchased. The screen protector's size was ideal. br>There are three complete kits in the package, each with a screen protector, a wet wipe, and a dry wipe. br>I simply followed the included instructions. After removing fingerprints from the camera screen with a glasses cleaning cloth, I cleaned and dried it with the included wet and dry wipes. I had some latex finger gloves on hand, which I used to handle the screen protector during installation to prevent fingerprints from being added. Those plastic film screen protectors are much more difficult to handle than the glass. I had a bubble at first, but I was able to get rid of it by gently lifting one corner with my fingernail. br>As a result, my new Canon G7x mark 2's screen is protected with a clean installation. This product has met my expectations and I would recommend it to others.
This screen protector is not compatible with the Canon G7X Mark II. The protector measures only 71 mm x 52 mm, while the screen measures 77 mm x 52 mm. I'm not even sure I got the right product because there's no mention of "Kimilar" anywhere on the package. Kimilar is written on the UPC sticker. Take a look at the image of the package.
This past summer, while tracking across Ireland, I unintentionally smashed my canon into a castle wall while climbing stairs. The only tell was a tiny chip on the edge of the glass and some kind of castle dirt smudge across the surface, which we didn't notice until we were on our way out. If I hadn't put this on before the trip, the impact would have completely destroyed the camera screen. I haven't had to replace it yet because it's still perfectly functional. My only issue was that I had to try a few times to get it to line up correctly on the camera before I could fully turn it on. Aside from that, it's a cinch to set up and a lifesaver. It prevents my screen from becoming dirty or shattering. Even my niece, who is three years old, can attest to it!.
It is what it is, and there is nothing that can be done about it. A piece of glass with adhesive on one side that goes into the viewfinder of your camera. If you want to line it up correctly, you'll need to use precision during the installation process. Before applying the screen protector, I cleaned it twice with the included wet and dry lens wipes. Unbeknownst to me, a single grain of dust found its way into the gap between the screen protector and the screen just before I glued them together. That one, on the other hand, is entirely my fault. Instead of prying it off and starting over with the two other included redundant screen protectors, I figure I'll deal with the speck on the screen. It's nice that they give you three chances in case you mess up the first two.
This could be of assistance. There are a number of YouTube videos available for this product, as well as some other options. Working in a bright environment is recommended. Make sure your hands are clean, as well as your workspace. Follow the cleaning and drying instructions on the package - There are numbers on the wet and dry wipes. br>br>Depending on how steady your hands and fingers are, the following suggestion might also help: br>The adhesive side of your new glass protective screen is covered by a plastic film. You peel it away by pulling on a small tab. I removed about half of the plastic film before laying it on the camera's LCD screen from one of the shorter edges. The rest of the protective film from the new glass protective screen was then removed, and it slid smoothly onto the LCD of the camera. The glass protective screen is extremely effective. br>br> Touch controls work flawlessly, just like they do without the glass screen, and it's a little easier to keep the area free of oil and fingerprints.
I don't usually use screen protectors on my phones, but I needed one for my new Canon G7X Mark II camera. You can align and adhere them to look like they were done at the factory if you install them while your device is dust-free and in bright lighting. Allow one of the edges to align perfectly before releasing it and watching it adhere in 5 seconds. After it's been installed, you won't even notice it's there. The glass is thick enough to provide excellent protection while remaining touch-friendly. There is no sensitivity on the screen. I would buy these again if they were available. br>br>Highly recommended. Thank you! br>br>.
