Before I could start, I had to 'wash' the screen clean. It turns out that the screen has a grove around it that collects leftover liquid and causes streaks. This was a difficult task for me. It was necessary to dry the edge without introducing debris (a paper dowel works well for absorbing water but leaves residue). This problem will not occur if the screen is not wet. The D3400 fits perfectly in the glass. It's stiff, and the edges are easy to grasp. I used the left edge to align the glass and gently lowered it into place with a clear, dust-free screen. It continued straight and drew itself towards the screen with ease. I started in the center with the provided dry towel and applied even pressure to the edges. After that, I applied pressure to the edges until they were clear.

This is a very nice screen protector for my Nikon 3500. It was similar to putting a protective screen on your phone in terms of ease of installation. Before you start installing, make sure your camera's screen is clean and dry. Because the protector is self-adhesive, take care to align it with the camera screen before attaching it. sealing. These screen protectors were purchased to be used with two different types of digital cameras: Nikon D3200 (near-perfection in application) and Sony DSC-RX100 H300 (screen protector does not provide full screen protection—too small), but the Sony camera's protection is sufficient to use. The Sony camera's shield leaves a 1/3-inch border all the way around the screen. Excellent packaging and shipping service. This shield kit comes with everything you'll need to make three different types of protective shields: Wet and dry cloths, as well as protective shields and instructions, are provided. It's sturdy, easy to reapply if you miss the alignment the first time, and it sticks well. Overall, this is an excellent product that I would buy again and recommend to others.

I was concerned that these would arrive broken because they were packaged in what appeared to be a flimsy mailer, but they arrived in perfect condition. I was also concerned that they would be difficult to apply, having previously installed tempered glass screen protectors on phones. My apprehensions were soon dispelled. I was able to apply one screen protector to my D3400 in seconds and without any bubbles! They appear to be extremely sturdy and impervious to fingerprints and condensation (i. e. exhalation through the nose) With just a wipe of a cloth, it's easy to clean. These are fantastic, and I'm glad I bought them.

Over the years, I've had a lot of screen cover application mishaps - bubbles, cutting, fitting, applying, reapplying because I touched it I learned about this one and decided to give it a shot. OMG. It isn't a flimsy plastic piece. It's a precut piece that just needs to be peeled and stuck on. THERE ARE NO BUBBLES. It sticks to the screen with ease. Simply line it up and place it on the shelf, holding the sides to prevent it from moving. The clarity is excellent, and the presentation appears to be professional. I'm not going to waste my money on anything else now that I've found this type of protector. On my Nikon D3400, it looks fantastic. That's how it appears to have come from the factory. I'm really happy with it. Thank you very much for a fantastic product.

My first digital camera of this type was a Nikon D3400, which I recently purchased. I had no idea how to install these screen protectors when I placed my order. br>br>They came with two disposable cleaning towels, one for wet cleaning and the other for dry cleaning. These towels are used to clean the viewing screen of the cameras before installing the protector shield. br>br>After cleaning the camera viewing screen, remove the screen protector's thin plastic cover and place it on the camera viewing screen. I'm not sure how it stays put, but it appeared to "vacuum" itself onto the camera view screen. br>br>After putting the protective screen on, I went out to photograph some wildflowers, and it stayed put perfectly. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly.

Attachment is a breeze - There are no bubbles and the fit is perfect! Once the protector is in place over the screen, gently lay one side down, then pull the rest of the film off, and the protector adheres almost instantly. The image on the screen is very sharp and clear - The quality of the product has not been harmed in any way. In terms of durability, my camera is a D3400, so it doesn't have a touch screen, but I tested it by tapping it with my fingers and nails and wiping it hard with my hand, and it stayed in place with no scratches. With this added layer of defense, you'll feel a lot better.

Some screen protectors distort the image of the screen; this is most common with plastic or less expensive glass screen protectors. It almost doesn't seem like there's a second layer, and you don't even realize it's there, but it is; After you've installed it, you'll feel a lot safer. The only drawback was that the installation took a little longer than anticipated. Because the screen protector matches the screen so closely that even a minor misalignment will be irritatingly noticeable, you must be extremely precise with the screen alignment.
