What is the definition of a full hybrid electric mid-size car? Toyota's mid-size hatchback, which was previously a compact sedan? For $400, Alex, I'll take Types of Cars.
Yes, it's quite stable when it comes to holding the phone. However, whether your vents are shaky or not is a matter of personal preference. My vents are fairly easy to raise and lower, so when I mount it on one, the weight of the phone causes the vent to drop to the bottom. So, while it's not the best angle for viewing the GPS while driving, it'll suffice.
It is perfectly compatible with an iPhone 6 Plus. My iPhone 6 is protected by a Spigen Slim Armour case, which fits with a little room to spare. This item is extremely durable. I believe that some of the reviews claiming that it doesn't fit a 6 are referring to the Kenu Airframe rather than the Kenu Airframe. There is a significant distinction. If you have a 6, you will require the Airframe rather than the Airframe. Regards.
I suppose it depends on your level of dexterity. Because the spring tension is quite high, removing the phone from the mount may be easier. The mount is holding a Google Qi wireless charger, and the magnets in the charger are holding my Nexus 5 phone in place. I'd probably find it annoying if I had to take my phone into and out of the Kenu several times a day. I hope this information is useful.

The Kenu Airframe is my favorite car mount because it's the only one I've found that works with my large Nexus 6P and the bumper that surrounds it. I tried magnetic mounts that wore out over time, as well as larger mounts with a swivel arm and a dashboard suction cup that couldn't support the weight of a large phone. br>br>On the back, the Kenu Airframe vent mount has a simple option for thick or thin air vents, and it fits perfectly in the vents on my 2017 Kia Sportage. After a few weeks of driving with the Kenu Airframe, I've noticed that it doesn't bounce or shake when I turn corners or hit bumps in the road. The phone holder has a firm grip on the phone and keeps it firmly in place. I also like the Kenu Airframe's size and portability, which allows me to carry it around in my pocket and use it on my desk or other flat surface. br>br>My only major gripe is with the phone holder. As a result, I docked it one star. I can't easily remove the phone from the Kenu Airframe with one hand; I have to take the Kenu Airframe out of the air vent first, then pull back on the spring with both hands to remove my phone. I have to put my phone back into the Kenu Airframe with both hands and into the air vents when I get back into my car. I can see how repeatedly removing and inserting the mount into the air vents will damage either my vents or the Kenu Airframe rubber mounts on the back over time. br>br>I wish there was a one-button feature that allowed me to quickly insert or remove my phone from the Kenu Airframe; otherwise, it's inconvenient to have to struggle with the spring mount just to get my phone in and out of the Kenu Airframe. Hopefully, there is a simple hack that will allow this to happen. I really like the Kenu Airframe, but it could use some work to make it more one-handed friendly.
This is clearly more well-engineered and planned than the cheap ones you can buy for a few dollars at a carwash. br>br>Take a close look at all of the text and images on AMAZON. It's well-made, with a sturdy "clip" that you press to "open" and then "lock" the vent's jaws. One of the most common problems is that many car vents are recessed, narrow, or have prominent "finger tabs" that make "clipping" difficult. This one is suitable for both of our vehicles. A ball swivel, which allows you to turn the phone slightly to face you, is a new feature. It will be a small pivot because it is so close to the dash and vent. My phone (iphone 5SE) is securely held in place by the phone clamp. br>br>I like using vent phones because (A) the phone is much smarter and more intuitive than my car's built-in GPS, and (B) the vent position allows easy access to a charging cord without the cord running all over the place like it would if it were attached to the top of the dash or a window mount. I frequently listen to podcasts or audiobooks, so having the phone securely and visibly mounted is ideal.
It's the real deal with this one. This is the only one that actually works out of all the garbage out there. I work as a travel agent and keep this little gem in my carry-on. This is the first thing I grab when I get into a rental car. In an unfamiliar vehicle, it allows me to keep my familiar iPhone map app visible. I don't have to learn a new navigation system or chase my phone around the cup holder while navigating the Jersey Turnpike. br>br>I bought white so it stands out and I don't forget to put it back in my bag before returning the rental car, as I did with two black ones. br>br>I've purchased other iPhone 7 vent mounts, but this is the only one that securely holds the phone, stays in place, and is simple to use. It's easy to transport and store because it's not too big. I have a black one in my car that I use every day.
I prefer a cell phone holder that clips unobtrusively to a vent (rather than mounting to the dash or windshield) and is small enough to travel with if necessary, so I chose a Kenu, which I already own and enjoy.
EVEN. CONSIDER. This is a terrible idea. It's not worth a damn if it can't keep its grip on the vent. Any movement of the vehicle causes it to wobble. To secure it on the mount and then place it in the vent, you'll need two hands. Because putting your phone on the mount while it's on the vent will cause the whole thing to fall off. I've never been so dissatisfied with an Amazon product with such a high rating. This one had to be returned the day after it was purchased. I spent $10 on a different CD player-mounted holder with a tightening mechanism. This piece of garbage costs less than HALF as much. But, believe it or not, it works like a charm. This KENU one is not to be purchased. This is the first and only time I've ever written a product review. Because this product stinks so much, I felt compelled to take the time. Oh, my god.
