We had a problem where my son would lose his chargers all the time, and I would pay the price. The chargers kept breaking, so we had to replace them constantly. During the phase when I was about to replace this amazing product, I came across it! This device provides him with multiple outlets as well as USB ports so it cannot be misplaced. By constructing my own space in which I can connect my ring lamp, a vanity mirror with light, my curling iron, hair dryer, and charge my phone all at once, I was able to eliminate the need to have to connect and disconnect each one. It's a great product and I highly recommend it! Not a single replacement has been made for my son.
A new extension cord (EC) was purchased This eliminated the need for bulky adapters that came with my computer so I could work on it without interruption. We regret to inform you that the USB-type is not available Charged my macbook pro (late 2020) but it didn't work with the c port. I plugged my power adapter into the ec's outlet to charge my mac, since it was not getting enough power via the USB port. When the flash drive is connected to the computer via the USB port, it takes photos I was able to recognize that my computer is plugged into a power outlet through the c port However, it did not charge her up enough to get her going. My understanding of speed and power from ports is vague since I have never encountered the term by a techie. I saw the logic in it Except for that, it's nothing more than a basic power surge protector. I like the fact that it is solidly built and not flimsy or cheap. The EC's plug is angled at an appropriate angle, and I look forward to that. This is easier to plug in the wall if there are other devices plugged in as well.
There are mounting holes on the back, and that is all I have to say about it. You can buy this item if you don't care about that. Power strips of this caliber are truly amazing! In order to mount the bracket, the mounting holes are punched in in a way that prevents them from actually being utilized. As of yet, I have not found a screw that will fit The sides of this strip are formed by plastic around the perimeter and down the punched-out area, so you cannot slide a screw in and over it. The power strip truly looks as though it was designed to be paired with an adapter of some kind that screws into the wall first, then the power strip slide onto it. In any case, if you want to mount it with screws, you will be out of luck. Other than that, I am 100% satisfied with the purchase!.
So much so that I actually bought two of these plugs independently for myself and gave two as gifts. A plug I really like is the flat one that is in the wall - I can reach hard-to-reach areas behind my couch and behind my desk easier. In my house, I've set up multiple "charging stations" with power lines that are super strong, and I have extension cords that are extremely strong. It would be great to have a few more- Make sure each bedroom has one! I would never have to worry about which box goes with which gadget like that-- All you have to do is plug it into your USB port.
The right sized plug can accommodate an Alexa plug without blocking any other connectors.
The extension cords were so bulky and wouldn't lay flat, so I got sick of them. My goal was to find a cord that I could easily hide. This flexible cord fits the bill. Thanks to the lightweight base, I was able to attach it with a command strip to my desk and Voila! It's now off my desk and out of the way.
Since our son hangs out on our deck with his friends and plays on their Nintendo Switch Lite handheld consoles (pandemic socializing), we got this. It connects to an extension cord so all devices can be charged at the same time. I have taken it with me on travels and it is easy to charge in a hotel room. The charging station is small enough to be portable, but there are plenty of charging spots for a variety of different devices. I definitely recommend it.
I adore the fact that the plugs face outward, making them great for plugging in bulky devices like routers, hubs, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TVs.
