Questions & Answers

Can you tell me where this is ?

This is a Chinese product. This is not what I like at all. There is a difference in thickness between plugs, so most but two or three prongs cannot fit in

A computer plug is one of the larger ones I have. On this strip, it appears that there are many outlets Are there several large plugs that this can accommodate?

on the right appears to be the same as the one I received. You may have to sacrifice some outlets since the gap between outlets is large enough for big plugs. There are several strips I've tried in the past, but they all have the same problem

How can I determine if this is an Do the plug heads have the letter UL engraved on them? Below is the certification information for this product It's difficult to say whether the answers below are yes or no. ?

This is horrible
3/5

I almost put out a fire in my house. All we had plugged in was our cable box and TV. Suddenly there was a noise like static and I found that these were catching on fire. I only gave 1 star to these because I had no choice! rate it as a fire hazard and a fat zero.

Comparing the new version to the old one is a poor idea
3/5

About six old versions of this extension cord and surge protector are in my possession.
Several old features of the old version made it unbeatable Please note that A swivel head would allow the cord to be angled in the right direction*- If you placed furniture against the outlet, you would be able to put it safely,
It had a long cord so you could hook up things behind a sofa and still have enough to plug in other things. Compared to the old version, the new one is more than twice as wide. There's no doubt about how big it is. It's not so flat as it seems. A swivel head is not included in the new version. A lock is in place to keep it down. (
The new version has such a thick head that it is difficult to plug in and almost impossible to plug in without touching the prongs as you push it into place, which is extremely Although I originally thought I ordered the wrong brand, all of my old ones have the GE trademark so they must have made significant changes to product quality in order to make it.

Storm tested it, and it wasn't strong enough! In the first two months, we thought that everything was fine the protected light was on, everything stayed in place, life was fine
3/5

But then we had a storm and the power turned off and back on fairly quickly, but both our gaming system and sound-system were completely destroyed. There is no longer any power going to the plugged in bars. "Protected" just doesn't work for me. I wanted this to be so helpful, but even one storm wasn't enough to make it work!.

A WARNING TO THE BUYER I have fried my television! Replaced some old units with these new ones
3/5

It came as a complete surprise to me that there would be such a huge problem connected my TV to one of the devices and it immediately began to fried. When I contacted Jasco about a warranty claim, they denied my claim. Even though I couldn't get it to work while in my possession, they said that it worked just fine after receiving it. We don't know what kind of magic they used, but all they do is awful terrible awful things. In fact, they admitted that they had not even tested the plugs to see if they actually worked, so how can it work if they have not tested it? It is a crime to commit fraud or theft. The Customer Service was terrible. All the above, just a big heap It will never happen again that I will buy something related to Jasco, or anything made by GE.

Due to its flat plug and long cable, this is a great product to use to reach Earlier this month, I bought a bakers rack, which I placed outside my tiny kitchen, enabling me to free up some much needed counter space by moving my microwave and Keurig there
5/5

There is no outlet on that side of the narrow wall where the Keurig is located, so while I was able to snake around the somewhat short microwave cord back to the kitchen outlet, I was unable to connect the Keurig cord to the same outlet. It was therefore necessary for me to purchase another power strip. The flat plug on this one caught my attention because I could plug it in behind a nearby loveseat without risking crushing it against the wall. Although I didn't much care about surge protection, this one held my interest due to the flat plug. As it turned out, I actually needed a bit more cord than the 10 foot span, but that allowed me to place the device almost completely out of sight and still have some cord left over. My previous power strips took up a lot of room in different rooms and were pretty heavy. This one is considerably lighter and feels better made than those. The product I needed was perfectly suited to my needs at a very reasonable.

You can't use it with Echo Dot, Phone Chargers, or Table Lamps
3/5

Please beware! Simply plugging in a two-pronged charger to see what happens If it is a two-pronged plug, such as a table lamp, then it is not compatible. The first time I did it, I thought I’d done something wrong, but the second time I did it, half-way through Dozens of friends and family members attempted to help, but were unsuccessful. According to the website, there is no problem with the power strip plugging into the wall outlet of the home. If an appliance does not have a grounded, three-pronged input, it cannot be used with the strip This plug has a three-prong connector. This device does not accept plugs from Echos, chargers for smartphones, or lamp plugs on nightstands. It was a waste of money, effort, and time to buy two of these for these exact items.

I urge you not to buy these! A fire in your house could cause it to burn down! About a month ago, we bought two of these
3/5

Our three phone chargers will be powered by a single battery, and my son's video game console (PS4) will have two batteries. I used both cords in exactly the same way. Our attention was drawn to the issue when we noticed a smell. There is a possibility that the house would have burned down if we were not at home. This may have come about because neither are being used in any way that should have caused this problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING this product.

This is a good product at a good price
4/5

It does what it says. There is only one issue The plugs do not always go all the way in. On both of those units, there isn't just one outlet that is this way but all of them. The rest of it was exactly what I wanted.
