There are a few reasons why this product is hard to find. There are three things to note about it it's 25 feet long, tall and wide First of all, it is the longest surge protected 6 outlet cord I've seen. Secondly, it has a 14 gauge wire, much better at a length like this than 16 gauge on other similar cords. It is safer and easier to operate appliances that consume a great deal of electricity. This outlet's flat plug is a big plus if you want to connect it behind furniture or other obstacles.
It appears to have been sitting in a warehouse for a long time. Scuffed up all over. A new product that was not up to expectations. Even the box came in was old and worn out. Replacing it would be a waste of my time.
Since I live in a condo that has an older surge protection system, I needed an additional surge protector Above my fireplace, I use this extension cord as a protective conduit to power the TV and cable box. As a result of the angular plug, the length was ideal and it could be hidden behind the couch easily. Even though it seems like the cord itself has a flatter profile in the pictures, it shouldn't be reasonable to expect a much smaller conductor to power a 6 outlet surge protector Power strip with a protection module. A garland will further conceal it. ** I am glad I ordered online, delivery was timely. It is a product or seller that I have no problems with and would recommend and use if I need to in the future.
In my garage workshop, I use it to do my own work. With different power cords plugged in and unplugged over the course of one week, there has been no degradation in the device. Despite the cables not working, plugging them in still feels right. (I had previously purchased a different brand and it was junk) This Power Strip is quality. I would be willing to purchase this brand from this seller again if I wanted another. Quite pleased with the result.
The price looks so cheap that I have returned.
My desk in the library needed a 25 foot cord, and I am very happy with the cord's length. I needed to route the cable in a certain way, so this length met my needs. Furthermore, I love the gauge of the wires in the outlet. I can rest assured this outlet would handle the electrical current if the need ever arises. I am impressed with the quality of construction. In my experience, this outlet strip is very good quality, and I feel safe using it. It has 7 outlets, so if I need to add other things, I can.
The pros are There are a lot of grounded outlets in this apartment. There is a generous length for the power cord. In case mounting holes are needed, they will be located on the back. Those cons are An illuminated toggle switch to turn it ON/OFF is available only when it is I would prefer if the switch also showed illumination when it was off so that it could be seen at night.
