Serious people putting on a serious show for you. To protect my stereo, I purchased a Panamax MAX100 several years ago. Things break, and my surge protector was one of them. I didn't have a receipt, and I hadn't bought it in a long time. I contacted Panamax to see if they could fix it (for which I would be responsible). br>br>They said it was under warranty, that I should send it in, and that they would fix it. br>br>I mailed it, and they promptly returned it with a brand new one. They now have a lifelong customer. br>br>This new one I purchased is fantastic, and I was fortunate enough to get it at a great price.

This item can only be purchased from an authorized dealer if you want complete protection. Spend the extra $100 or so to get the full protection if you spent the money on an A/V system that should have this item.

If you buy it from Amazon, they will not honor the lifetime warranty ($5,000,000). However, any company willing to offer a $5,000,000 warranty must produce a high-quality product, so even if you aren't covered by the warranty, you can rest assured that your equipment is in good hands with Panamax.
