I just tried to install the Sonos Playbar on this mount and it isn't compatible; I'm so disappointed. The Arc's back mount is 24 inches apart, while the Playbar's are about 29. 5 inches.
This Sonos ARC bracket can be used with any TV mount solution, regardless of make or model. This will work if the TV and mount both support the same VESA standards as this.
This isn't strong enough to keep the television in place. As a result, the size of the television has no bearing. The Sonos ARC is the only device that it can hold. To this mount, television is a complete waste of time. It must be compatible with the TV mounting bracket. This should work with just about any TV mount, in my opinion.
Because I have a Sonos soundbar that is supposed to work with it, I didn't try. Make sure you choose wisely because I believe this item was designed to work with Sonos rather than Bose soundbars.

My 65" television is supported by a SANUS wall mount. This soundbar mount sits between the television and your existing television mount. It's about 22mm (7/8") thick and fits into the original mount's bottom two holes. For the top two holes, it includes spacers. br>br>It includes a large number of longer screws, as your original mount screws are likely insufficient with the soundbar mount sandwiched between them. I tried to install it on a Sony 900h, but none of the included screws fit. The 30mm screws that came with the kit were too short, and the 40mm screws that came with the kit were too long. So I used a dremel to reduce the 40mm to 35mm. Just make sure you're ready to do it or go to the hardware store. br>br>I like how you can adjust the soundbar's height to tuck it in close to the television. You can also adjust how far it extends out in front of the television by pushing it in or out a few inches. Because the arc has both a microphone and atmos speakers, this is a fantastic feature. br>br>My wife was very pleased with how the ark looks tucked beneath the television. Adding this soundbar mount to a low-profile tv mount may limit how far you can tilt your tv. In my case, I raised my television to better position the speaker, and as a result, the soundbar mount has come into contact with the wall. As a result, I'm at a loss for what to do with my television. Fortunately, I have enough tilt that even when seated, I can comfortably see the television. If your television is mounted very high, however, this may be a problem.
The Sonos Arc soundbar fits perfectly beneath my TV, and I didn't have to drill any additional holes in my wall, making installation a breeze. My biggest issue was that the soundbar was crooked beneath the TV, but I was able to fix it by sliding the track mechanism all the way up, then back down, then carefully lifting to my desired position and DOUBLE COUNTING the holes on each side to ensure that the track stayed aligned. Of course, I had to remove the TV from the wall to do this, so it would've been nice if the instructions had mentioned that before I hung the TV for the first time, but it's a good product once you get it set up correctly.
Because of the mount's low price and a few positive reviews I found on other sites, I had high expectations for it. The fact that I wouldn't have to measure and drill to mount my Sonos Arc on the wall in the perfect spot was the most appealing feature for me. The advantages are: br>br> Structure-wise, it's excellent. I was confident that it would hold up in that regard, and it also comes with all of the mounting screws you could imagine, with at least one that will fit your TV. It looks fantastic once it's all put together and mounted. I was also swayed by the ability to move the speaker up, down, and out to maximize Dolby Atmos. The disadvantages are: br>br> The speaker's unlocking pulley isn't the best, and I have to fight with it every time I need to move it. Fortunately, this doesn't happen often, but there was a time when the locking mechanism on one side didn't catch, causing the entire speaker to be unlevel. At this price, that shouldn't be the case. You might have an issue with the Sanus mount butting up against the wall if you don't have a mount that allows your TV to pull out and swivel. I used to have my TV angled slightly down, but I can no longer do so because of the Sanus mount's position behind the TV. The Arc's wiring can also get caught behind the mount, making it difficult to fully retract the Arc. The fact that the wire management options weren't great was my biggest issue once I got the TV and speaker mounted. I'll have to think outside the box with some zip-ties. ties. The instructions are the final step. They recommend that you replace your old mounting hardware (screws, spacers, etc. ) with theirs. I'm not sure why, but the spacers they had were inferior to mine, and my old hardware worked perfectly with the Sanus mount, so I simply used them again. The instructions were not great in general, but if you have a clue, you can figure it out. br>br>I would most likely purchase this item again if I could avoid drilling holes in my walls. If you don't mind doing any of those things, save some money and buy one of the wall hanging options instead.
Because the TV moves, I needed the ARC to move with it; otherwise, if the TV were mounted to the wall, it would block the ARC. This mount did exactly what I needed it to do. The ability to extend the soundbar beyond the TV's edge, allowing the upfiring speakers to clear the screen, is the best feature. The product is well-made and safe. It's a little more expensive than it should be, but it's the best option for me. It comes highly recommended!.
The Sanus sound bar mount is a convenient way to mount your Sonos speakers without having to drill holes in your walls. It will save you time and produce a seamless result. It works with both vertical and horizontal mount rack bars (not shown in the installation manual). br>br>Despite the fact that your TV's installation manual depicts a flat back, most TV backs are not flat. Spare spacers (22mm) are provided to compensate for the fact that the lower part will be deeper than the top part. br>br>Take into account the additional weight that the mounted Sonos arc the Sanus mount will add to your TV and your original mount system when mounting your TV back in its original position and ensuring that your original system can handle the extra weight. If you haven't done this before, the entire mounting process will take you closer to an hour. The setup will necessitate the participation of two adults.
