Yes, the Nest Mini is the second generation, while the Google Home Mini is the first. Both are present in my possession. br>A quick way to tell which model you have is if it has a bottom-mounted wall mount hole.
Hello. This is the only wall mount holder for the Google Nest Mini 2nd Gen voice speaker. It does not include a cord, and it does not fit the Google Home Mini. Thank you!
Sorry. It was compatible with the holder for the Google Nest Mini 2nd Generation. It does, however, fit against the wall quite snugly. You won't have to be concerned about it falling out.

After spending a weekend at a rental home with a smart mirror with a built-in speaker, I knew I wanted something similar in our bathroom. Unfortunately, our bathroom's only outlet is too close to the sink, so I needed a better way to mount my Nest Mini that didn't require drilling holes in the wall. br>br>This mount came to the rescue and has proven to be an excellent performer thus far. It took me a couple of tries to get it to work (the first time I didn't read the front side of the instructions). Fortunately, if the instructions are followed correctly, the Nest Mini will fit perfectly with no extra cabling. It sits almost flush against the wall and complements the darker Nest Mini perfectly. br>br>Because there is no "dummy" third pin, I'm concerned that if the plug pins deviate in any way (or if used with older, worn-out wall sockets), this will become less secure. However, this isn't a concern for me right now. br>br>Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase!.
We needed a way to set up our new Nest Mini in our bathroom without worrying about loose cables or the possibility of water getting into it (we had a similar product for the older Mini). This is an excellent option. The cable is wrapped neatly along a track in the back of the plastic housing, which we love. The only thing I don't like about it is how you secure the Mini into the housing, which is to simply push it in and hope that the very small divots grip the fabric tightly enough to keep it in place and prevent it from falling out. It hasn't happened yet, but it doesn't make me feel good. Overall, a good value for money solution.
I'm extremely happy. The fact that this Google Nest holder has cord management is one of its distinguishing features. Other similar mounts, which, incidentally, cost the same, lack cord management. This mount also leaves the microphone switch unobstructed so you can use it; other mounts cover it up. In addition, this order will be delivered via Prime.
I've owned two different Minis (the original and the new Nest Mini). For the old one, I had a wall mount bracket, but it was much more difficult to install (and made of lower-quality plastic than this mount). The back guides make it *so much easier* to install with a perfect fit, which may seem strange at first. It's a clever idea. If you're into that, there's even a little pass through for the microphone mute switch. br>br>Overall, I'd say it's highly recommended, especially for the price; it's a great bargain.
Great design; I've used a few of these, and some of them are a pain to use because the cords have to be crammed into small pockets. This one simply has a well-designed channel into which the cord can be inserted. Actually, it's kind of fun. br>They were also considerate enough to include a small hole for the microphone's on/off switch. Good design once again. It irritates me when I see people who don't do this.
This is an excellent product; I previously purchased one for an older model of the Google Mini, and it has not disappointed me. It conceals the cord and gives any room a tidy appearance. No tools or additional parts are required for installation. If you're lucky, it'll only take 5 minutes. You won't have to worry about it again once it's up. br>br>I use it in the bathroom because I don't have any counter space and the other outlet is still available. My only wish is for more color options, but other than that, I'm completely satisfied. I've already recommended it to a few of my friends. P. br>br>P. br>br>P. br>br>P. Because they aren't all the same, make sure you get the right holder for your mini.
I wanted to put a Google Next in my bathroom, but I needed a way to connect it without having to worry about loose wires. This was exactly what I needed. It's well-kept and attractive. There's enough room for a hair dryer or a toothbrush charger to be plugged in. Simple to set up. My only concern is that it's a little wobbly, but that's something I'll try to fix with some double-faced foam.
I'm pretty sure I wrapped the cord incorrectly, but it's forgivable because of how it's set up. I can now install my Google Nest in my bathroom without worrying about wires dangling all over the place or kids ripping it down!.
