After the Amp has been installed, this is how you remove it from the Amp wall mount bracket. Remove the two visible screws from the top of the cabinet. Remove the screws that were previously holding the small front bracket in place. Raise the Amp to the spot where the screws were removed. It should begin to lift up and then pull away from the wall. Then, if desired, remove the mounting screw from the back of the amplifier's center. br>br>If you require additional assistance, please contact us via Amazon buyer-service. message from the seller It's also simple to reverse the instructions from the installation manual.
This was used to elevate the amplifier above a doorway. It should be able to be mounted on any flat surface, in my opinion.
Because the center screw is hung onto the bracket, it must be installed vertically for a secure mount.
That's what I think. A screw on the bottom, in the middle, holds the amplifier in place. If you can connect the cables and reach the controls, you should be able to mount it in any direction.

Behind three wall-mounted TVs, I needed to mount three Sonos Amps (black). I found mounts for twice the price that included a cable manager, but I didn't need it all - I was looking for a small, clean mount. These mounts are ideal for securing these amplifiers. br>I was worried they were made of plastic - That's not the case! They're made of coated metal that's been cut so that the mount's four tabs gently press against the amp to keep it in place against the mounting screw. If you look at one of my photos, you'll notice that each tab fits snugly against the Sonos' floor plate "ring" so that when it's slid into place, it cleanly and firmly secures the Sonos. br>The top clip, which is installed after the Sonos is slid into place (to keep it from sliding off the mount), has two ears that gently rest on top of the Sonos - Two small square rubber pads are also included in the package to act as a buffer between these ears and the Sonos - Ensure that those are adhered to the surface. I'm not sure they're necessary, but it's a nice touch to protect the Sonos Amp from damage. br>The Sonos Amp can be mounted on the mount at any angle, allowing you to orient the Sonos in the direction you need. br>The mount is secured to the mounting surface with two screws (which are included, as well as sheet rock devices). br>I've included photos of the unit mounted on the wall, both with and without the Sonos system. br>I put three of these in front of some 50" TVs and they're all great - very tidy and unobtrusive behind the Sonos - That was exactly what I was looking for. When the TVs are installed, the Sonos is concealed behind the TV and is safely and securely installed.
This is a fantastic Sonos AMP wall mount with a low profile. It's better than the Sanus alternative (the only other Sonos AMP wall mount I've used), because it's much less bulky and half the price, and it installs in minutes. The packaging is kept to a minimum. However, I wish these companies would stop using plastic in their packaging; this product could easily be packaged in a low-profile cardboard box. Anyway, as a custom integrator, I always keep a couple of these in my work truck. $25 may seem excessive for such a small amount of material, but that's the way things are these days.
The bracket is ideal for securing the Sonos amplifier to the wall. The only criticism I have is that the amp is shown mounted on the wall with the power cord and speaker connections pointing up in the picture. Because the top bracket holding the amp prevents the banana plugs from being plugged in, this is not possible. It isn't significant enough to detract from a 5-star rating. Simply turn the amp so that the connections point down or to one side; however, this is something to consider before deciding where to mount it.
Overall, I'd recommend this mount because it's well-made and offers good value for the money. I placed a double order. Unfortunately, the machine screw that goes into the back of the Sonos Amp was out of alignment on both mounts I received. The Amp is mounted to the bracket using this screw as the primary mounting point. The screws included in the kit were too short to properly mount the Sonos Amp. Customer service at HumanCentric was excellent - They were able to correct the problem almost immediately. It turned out to be a quality control issue with their Chinese manufacturer (the company and support are both based in Chicago, IL).
I needed a minimalist design, and this fit the bill perfectly. I have a more expensive one that is fantastic but far too large for the job. This is an excellent low-cost option. It's a low-cost option that's simple to set up and gets the job done.
My Sonos Amp is now mounted on the underside of my desk. The included screws were too long, but that's because they're supposed to go into a stud or drywall, not a 1" thick desk. It's very sturdy because I used my own screws. The mount is made of metal, which was a pleasant surprise, and once everything is tightened down, there is no slack. I have no doubt that this device will be ideal for keeping my amp tucked away under my desk.
This is an excellent decision.
It fits perfectly and does exactly what it says on the tin. I've mounted the amplifier sideways, and it's perfectly safe and secure. Part is of good quality, and the workmanship is also of good quality. If you need a place to put your Sonos amplifier, look no further!.
