Google Home Mini Wall Mount Holder, Caremoo Space-Saving Design AC Outlet Mount, Perfect Cord Management for Google Home Mini Voice Assistant (White, 1 Pack)

My cat ate the cord to my Google Home Mini (along with a few phone chargers) so I had to get this. It works great; however, I purchased a new Google Home mini cord that works but doesn't quite fit this product; the circle plug was not quite as large as the original, and the cord itself was a little longer. However, the product includes a liner to go around the circle plug, which I flattened and stuffed in between the hole for the plug and the plug itself to keep it in place and prevent it from coming apart. I also had to tape down the excess cords in the back, but for the price of this holder and the peace of mind that my cat won't be able to eat my cord again, I think it's a fair trade off.

The cord not fitting is 100% my fault and not a fault of the product here is 100% my fault and not a fault of the product here is 100%% I'm only including this because I'm sure someone out there is getting this for a similar reason and may have purchased a non-Google brand replacement cable that won't fit! br>br>I'm actually planning on getting a second one for the google home mini I have in my office, and I'll post pictures as soon as I can of how it looks with a non-Google cord and the original cords (my office one still has the original cord).

Rather than putting it on my sink counter, I decided to buy this mount so that I could plug it into my 6-foot extension cord. adapter for a plug It works perfectly and elevates the Mini off the sink counter, making it safer. br>br>It uses your existing power cord but has grooves in the back for wrapping it around, and it stays put thanks to a tight squeeze. The microphone button is accessible, but you can't easily adjust the volume with it, so you'll have to rely on vocal commands to do so. br>br>I couldn't have asked for anything better than this for less than ten dollars. It's a fantastically useful mount.

This wall mount is fantastic. The Google Home Mini snaps into place with ease and is a perfect fit. The cable is kept organized by wrapping the cord around the inner compartment. (Unlike others I've seen who tend to clump together in a wad. ) ) It's very sturdy and will stay plugged in in either direction, up or down, depending on your needs. The plug compartment does not obstruct the other wall outlet, allowing you to use it for something else while it is mounted. The mute switch is accessible, but it's difficult to use without a pen or something extremely thin. Even with thin fingers, it's difficult to turn the mute on or off. Aside from that, using the Google Home Mini is a fantastic addition.

This was purchased to serve as a workbench for the mini I had in my garage. It slid into the power strip perfectly, putting the mini above the plug. It looks nice and it got it out of the way for me. br>br>So, what's the big deal about the four? You might wonder why there is a star rating. br>br>All right, let's see what we've got. Winding the cable up is a bit of a pain. I can't think of a better way to do it, though. And, while the mini clips are secure, they're a little tricky to put in and take out. I'd rather give it a 4 out of 5 star rating. But there's no way to give it five stars. br>br>Another thing to consider is that it is inconvenient for the other minis we have, so think about how you'll use it before you buy it. We'd have outlets, but they'd be hidden, making them difficult to access or see. I like being able to keep an eye on the mini's lights to see if it's responding to what I'm saying, as they can be finicky at times. br>br>If I had a specific purpose in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one again.

This item may not work if you're using an unofficial replacement power cable. I was able to snip a larger hole in order to fit my USB cable through. I had a small amount of extra cable that didn't fit into the spiral section. I simply taped some electrical tape to the back of the board. Despite this, it sits fairly flush against the wall. My replacement cable's wall plug is also a little smaller than the one that came with the Google Home. So it doesn't quite fit snugly, but it manages to keep the device in place. Despite the fact that it required some DIY adjustments, I am extremely pleased with this product.

This is a great way to keep your home mini looking neat by tucking the long power cord behind the unit and out of the way. This model DOES NOT FIT THE NEWER VERSIONS OF THE MINI, NOW DESCRIBED AS THE NEXT MINI. The Nest Mini's power plug is larger than the original Home Mini's, so it won't fit.

It's an excellent concept. For a long time, I've been trying to figure out what to do with the extra cord on my kitchen counter, but I've never gotten around to hanging a shelf specifically for my Google Nest Mini. After that, I came across this marvel. But here's the thing: there's a catch. br>br>The instructions state that the cord should be wrapped around the bottom of the mount. When you reach the end of your rope, the plug should fall into place perfectly. cord. . whatever. The illustration in the instructions appears to show that it will fit snugly without putting too much strain on the cord. br>br>I come from a generation that has seen power cords disintegrate for no apparent reason. and on occasion, for no apparent reason. I didn't want to pull the cord taut because I didn't want to end up with a Google power cord for my $8 purchase, so I wrapped and re-wrapped the cord. However, I wrapped it several times with each attempt getting tighter. I yanked it so hard that the cord into the Mini was fully bent at the insert, and the wall plug was whimpering to - barely- arrive at its predetermined location br>br>I'd be damned if I had to return it and wait another two days for a new mount design, but if you're reading this before it's too late, you could just start there. If you're stuck between waiting for another mount and ripping your cord in half on your fifth attempt at fitting it "just so," I recommend doing what I did. Wrap the cord as loosely as you want, skip the last wrap (the outermost circle), wrap the excess cord around your fingertip, and push the loop you made in your finger into the space just beneath the plug slot. Take a look at the images that are included. br>br>Best of luck to you. I hope you don't ruin your $50 Mini with this $8 hunk of plastic opulence. When you're done, it looks fantastic!.
