It would work with a wide range of sound bars, yes.
No, I don't have a sound bar.
It's likely that the plate against the wall is only an eighth of an inch thick. You can get the sound bar 1/8 of an inch away from the wall if all of your connections are on the bottom of the sound bar. I hope this information is useful.
I haven't decided yet! I only know that it is compatible with a wide range of sound bars and that it can be extended.

THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE EXTREMELY NICE. and the hardware that comes with it is excellent- Almost everything you could possibly require is available. The mounts themselves are incredibly durable. If they aren't fully extended, that is. The sliding "sleeve" pieces on the ends are made of very strong plastic, but three pairs of tabs hold them to the metal brackets. You're good to go as long as two of those tabs are in contact with the metal, giving you about 6 inches of space. If you try to squeeze out that last 6/10 of an inch as instructed, they'll most likely droop. br>br>This is primarily a problem for super-wealthy people. deep soundbars or Dolby Atmos setups that necessitate the use of a deep TV Unfortunately, I purchased them with the intention of mounting a Vizio Elevate soundbar, which is a MONSTER. The soundbar itself has a total of six speakers. 5 inches deep, without taking into account the soundbar's cables (which, thankfully, are attached to the BOTTOM of the soundbar). The Vizio mounts are laughable (there aren't enough brackets against the wall to keep the soundbar level), so you'll need to use a third-party solution. br>br>I ended up extending these mounts as far as I felt they could go while still remaining strong, then simply placing the Elevate on top of them. It appears to work, though I wish I could secure it with the mounting holes on the bottom of the soundbar, but they are too far away from the wall. As I live in an earthquake-prone area, I'm well aware of the dangers.
Despite the fact that they are generic, they are the perfect size for the Roku Smart Soundbar. Because the back of the mount that screws into the wall is shorter than the sounder's height, you won't be able to see it. The shortest adjustable depth is *exactly* right for the Roku Smart Soundbar. I positioned the two wall brackets so that the soundbar's two rubber feet align with the brackets. Because these mounts aren't designed to screw into the soundbar itself to keep it in place, you'll have to use them in shelf mode. Low-profile front feet are simply attractive.
This wall bracket was recommended by Roku and it worked perfectly, with clear instructions and high-quality screw anchors for hollow walls and stud screws that both held up well. It is simple to make changes.
It's a solid piece of equipment with a wide range of mounting options. Mine is screwed into the sound bar's mounting holes on the bottom. I was going to put it under the TV, but in order to keep it kid-friendly, I decided to put it on the wall instead. I chose to mount it above to test my setup. I expected to have to screw it into the wall, but given how sturdy it is, it's just sitting between the shelf brackets, with the mount brackets propping the sound bar up against the wall. It's not going anywhere, and I didn't even need to use drywall anchors. That said, one of the most impressive aspects of this is that it actually includes good drywall anchors. This is the first time I've ordered something to hang on the wall that includes excellent anchors. Of course, if you don't mind not screwing the brackets into the sound bar's mounting holes, you could just screw the brackets into studs and tighten them onto the sound bar to keep it from being knocked or rocked out. I'm very pleased with this straightforward, well-designed product. system that has been developed.
For my Samsung sound bar, I required a good, sturdy, and unobtrusive wall mount. This product went above and beyond my expectations. It is solid and adjustable. This is applicable to a wide range of sound bars. This is a fantastic product, and I will definitely purchase from them again.
I have a pair of LG Dolby Atmos speakers that weigh around 9 pounds. These mounts are capable of supporting up to 20 pounds, according to the manual. WRONG! The soundbar begins to lean down more once the brackets are fully extended. The plastic portion of the bracket appears to be on the verge of snapping off. If you don't plan on using the extenders, it'll work fine; however, those with Dolby Atmos will have issues with these mounts because the plastic extenders don't appear to support any soundbar when fully extended. To get the most out of Dolby Atmos, make sure the brackets are fully extended.
My sound bar wall mount bracket arrived the next day, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. Because my sound bar's power input is on the side closest to the wall, an extendable shelf bracket is essential. Moving the speaker away from the wall and having an adjustable bracket are also essential. This was a breeze to put together, and while I didn't have a 3/8" drill bit, a 5/16" worked just fine for extra maneuverability. br>I made the decision to use double-sided mounting tape. Under the sound bar, sided foam pads secure the device to the bracket, eliminating any chance of slippage or vibration.
I bought it to use with my Samsung HW- The N850 is a soundbar. My soundbar, however, weighed in at 22 pounds, exceeding the 20-pound limit. I also added a couple of smaller brackets for added support, and I like that this set includes guards to prevent the soundbar from falling. This mounting bracket comes highly recommended by me.
