1 week. It is very inconvenient, sorry to hear it.
Use any standard Duplex outlet when purchasing this product. If you have more questions, I would be happy to hear from you. Charlie
With a little pry, you can grab the Echo from the Genie.
Although seeing in perfect match is not my view.

Apparently I haven't ordered a white one yet, but the black one seems to work, so I should probably opt for that style. There's no difference now, I even tried the Amazon cord in my quest to find out why it does not work. I didn't make the mistake of thinking it would. I then head on here in order to replace it, and all I see is this isn't a good investment. I still can't seem to find an answer, and I can't help but cry because the system ing, and I can't even get a new one? A receipt arrived today after being just delivered.
Having 6 Echo Dots arranged around our home is a great example of home automation. I had two mounts set up, one mounted on the wall and another on the computer. Since the Dots aren't active during the night, I unplugged one of them after seeing that the noise was coming from them about four months ago. I turned it back on the moment it became disconnected. A buzzing noise returned after a few seconds. It worried me that this was an electrical problem since I tried working with the original power supply. However, the power adapter has failed, so the power supply is no longer working. Against 7 out of 6, we scored one out 6. For now, I am fine with that but the problem is that when I tried to call them in two instances, their warranty service was supposed to be "life-time" and they never replied, it had been two weeks since my first call. It may take a little while for you.
Three reasons contribute to the quality of the product being poor.
1. The design is one of those weird sludgy things. A little bit of everything will fit well. It fit the receiver quite well, the receiver fits most of the time in the sockets, and it fits well inside chargers and echo dots but it doesn't fit well in wires or the receiver. 2. The last time he met. A device doesn't work because the wires do not sit well in the receiver. When I tried to use Echo Dot's remote controls, I found myself unable to control it.
3. Furthermore, the return policy is very rigid. It is pretty lame indeed.
This item is my first and I have been using it every month and have been happy. After purchasing my first gen2 echo dot mount this year, I decided not to take it down a level this year. As for the mount itself, I appreciate this style. As an added point, this particular piece of work happens on top of the outlet rather than a solid object on top of its plug. The second mount can be a horizontal outlet as well. With this style, the outlet should be less stressful since I understand physics very well. A USB plug/adapter and cord make this mount an attractive option. I understand and applaud the fact that it won't make your mount unt the most secure - the Spins the dot and it does some damage. It still looses a bit once it is plugged in, but once it is plugged in, it is fine. As the dots do not move, but to prevent any vibrations or earthquakes, I might as well slide paper between the plastic and the dot. They can take small drops of water if there is a small wiggling issue, but I'd be happy paying $150 for their support.
We lost power due to a failure of the power supply. There was 3 days to go from the returnable date (30 days), but I didn't recognize it. Nonetheless, I found this product to be quite suitable and satisfied with its design in spite of the power supply failure. The second one may continue to function for some time while it waits, although this power supply fits snuggly into the holder and is not recommended due to the fact that it interferes with the device.
An Echo Dot can be cleaned up with this solution. It's very effective in hiding the wire and making you believe that the device is floating in the air. There are several advantages to having the device, including that it appears designed specifically for vertical outlets. But this device does not have an adjustable adjustment knob for horizontal outlets. Therefore, this has a negative impact on the echo of the second outlet in my house, requiring that it has to be unplugged so that other things can be plugged in, such as my coffee maker and toaster, as a result. A horizontal oriented outlet (usually seen with GFCIs in kitchens and bathrooms) is turned into a horizontal-shaped outlet via this device. outlets. This is an important warning to all of you!! It would be great if they were going to feature an outlet that holds a Echo Dot that can change the orientation, or if they were going to provide a method to prevent customers from forcing this configuration.
Nevertheless, its purpose is well served by it. Contrary to what it appears to be, there is no white material in it. The colors are more grey/blue (a little off-center). Keep Dot in the background and out of sight with this neat device. there were issues with using the notebook on the sockets under where I use my laptop because of the overhang. I had to move the outlet closer to the stove; only a standard plug can be used in the socket below it (which I do not want) and they are not attached to my stove. My experience with these two solutions was very personal, more aesthetically pleasing, and more practical than that provided by the others I have checked off. The product photo seems to convey the impression of a conventional mounting solution. On the other hand, it isn't as advertised white as advertised. To my best advantage, I would purchase again at less expensive outlets if it was the cheapest possible. It was $ 15 per leg. Now it's $17 for a 99-cent price. 99 cents - $1. 09 for a year. No offense to them, but it doesn't mean anything.
It was good for our dot to try this. Placing it in an outlet not far from where a dot stood on top of a cabinet was a good idea. There are a couple of things I observed.
1: It didn't sound like there was much noise coming from the dot. moved the dot around in the mount, however none of the gestures happened. This is no longer in effect: we are no longer at 2. playing music suddenly became impossible with connection problems. buffering is a big part of the system. In order to get the Mount from the mount position to the cabinet, 6 inches cannot be said. A USB charging point in front of my phone allows me to measure exactly how strong the WiFi signal is. What are your theories about ference the WiFi signal? IDK. Having these issues aside, however, this is a nice mount to have if you don't use Alexa to play music. In no way will I use it when I don't play music through the dot.
