It doesn't seem to matter to me- The screen itself is much lighter than that, so it should be fine.
I covered the screen housing and supports with a black wood piece before hanging it.

This was so simple for Tim the Toolman Taylor to install, and it's very strong and dependable.
The Good:
- The hangers themselves appear to be quite sturdybr> - The fact that it can be hung from a wall or ceiling is appealing. br>br>The Bad:
- Instructions are not mandatory. The Ugly: existentbr>br>The Ugly: existentbr>br>The Ugly: existentbr>b
- The heads immediately stripped even after pilot holes were drilled for the screws. They didn't snap, and I'm surprised they didn't.
- I used toggle bolts for obvious reasons because the plastic wall anchors were a joke.
It looks fantastic and blends in perfectly with the projection screen. I would strongly suggest it.
This is an excellent product that was ideal for securing our pull-up banner. down the screen of the projector Our only gripe is that the screws came loose during installation. It's obvious that the metal isn't of the highest quality. It's perfect in every other way!
Oh! Also, while S hooks CAN be used to hang things, they are not included. (Just in case you were curious).
This wall mount hardware has a number of flaws: br>1) The drywall anchors that come with the kit are poor quality, easily breaking off and not holding up well. br>2) Even after securing three screws in each of the wall mounts, I can still move the mount left/right by about a tenth of an inch with my hand. br>3) It's difficult to tighten and secure the projector screen's hook. br>br>It's a cheap mount that works, but it's not as good as some of the reviews claim.
I bought these mounts to hang a 120" projection screen in a corrugated steel building. These mounts can be easily adjusted for leveling and to fit your specific application. These mounts proved to be more than sturdy enough for my needs. This item is something I would recommend because I am very pleased with it.
This is fantastic! These brackets saved me time and money because they are very sturdy and useful because I can rest my motorized 100-inch projector on them without using any screws or bolts. Definitely a thumbs up, and excellent quality.
The product is sturdy and fit perfectly on the wall I selected. If you're trying to install the screws in pressure treated wood rather than standard wall lumber, I'd recommend using a hammer drill rather than a regular drill. You won't have to worry about stripping the screws out this way. After the first screw, I realized what I needed to know.
