Only a little bit. With a boom arm attached to a shock mount, I use a 360-degree lens. It is important to align the microphone so that it isn't pointed at your keyboard or mouse. Place it near your mouth, tilt it up, and place it near the roof of In addition, I have my keyboard resting on a thin pad in order to reduce the chances of sounds escaping to the table below.
This is the first time I have ordered a A laptop is what I want to use to record. My Podcaster Pro is hooked up to the laptop with a USB cord, but when I pick up the laptop, I only hear the audio from its integrated microphone.
It's not clear to me. It is my Rode lapel mic, not the Podcaster, that I use on the iPhone 10. As a standard feature, the Podcaster includes a USB cable. Can an adapter for thunderbolt to USB be made?
There are about 9 holes in the body of the mic It is technically possible to fit an 11-inch cable with a clearance of 10 inches, but the USB cable connects at the end, so you would need upward of 11 inches of space by itself.

There is no sound coming from the mic. RODE did not respond for a very long time after I contacted them. In response to their questions, they did not seem to be taking them In response to my e-mail, I was expecting an immediate response with an action-oriented replacement of They refer me to their local agent who does not seem to be able to tell me whether the company is still operating Despite my efforts to find them, I was unable to do so. A few weeks later, another distributor ( in Dubai) told me there was an issue and that I would not hear back regarding it. We were very disappointed with the ride. am not going to give them a one-star rating for reasons I do not understand, but the stupid rating system in Amazon does not allow it.
The microphone received was damaged, as it had been opened before it was sent. It was not a good day for me. If you approach at close range, mud is very evident. At a proper distance, it's too quiet, and I even heard It is with great pleasure that I say that I have several microphones and hardware from Rode and have never had a problem with any of their products. The best ever! This was an out-of-pocket expense from a previous customer. It was then tried to be passed off to My opinion of this is not favorable! We need to find out what is going on as soon as possible! In addition, I have requested a replacement and will update my review when one is available.
I truly believe this is the best microphone on the market. In terms of sound, this mic sounds pretty good, and high frequencies are the only problem area. Considering getting this microphone, you should make sure you have a few things in hand. As it is a very wide microphone, I couldn't fit it into my shock mount. It's long as well as wide as well as very heavy. You should make sure the boom arm can handle the weight of the boom arm if you intend to use one. You can also use a stand for the same reason. You may also want to get a windscreen or pop filter for this microphone, since it does not come with a stand. There is a built-in pop filter, but it is not very effective. Besides the fact that I have to use a few things with this microphone (which you would need to with any microphone ), it is a very good microphone overall that helps me block out noise from passing cars.
In this case, I am using the microphone to record spoken words. The product is far superior to other microphones in its price range. I've been recording a few courses online with another mic and spent much time removing artifacts and dealing with background noise. After purchasing this mic I have experienced far less background noise than other similar microphones. A fairly good deal of care is taken with explosives. It was possible for me to relax the restrictions on where I was permitted to record, and that was a helpful change. The bass is not as strong as I would like, but the microphone is clear and crisp nonetheless. For amateur sound editors who still want a polished, nice sound in their recordings, I would highly recommend this.
From late 2005 until now, I have been podcasting on and off with a variety of different microphones. A few years ago, I had an electrocuted In recent years, you may have seen an Electro-Voice RE20 A Record RE320 phone. This mic seems to work better for me. It is easier to get clean sound out of this mic than the more expensive RE320, and I don't get any fuzziness or scratchy sibilance like I did There is just a dead silence whenever I'm not speaking, and when I do speak, the sound is so clean and clear that it's not at all foggy or noise-filled. Although you might be able to get the same sound with the RE320 if you have it going through a very clean and powerful interface, it wasn't happening for me, and I also tried a Shure X2U and two different preamp/mixer combinations. Those good cameras cost thousands of dollars and I do not have that kind of money. There's nothing complicated about it - it's just clean and clear and sounds wonderful. Having the chance to guest on another podcast and hearing how good I sounded even over Skype was the true test. My favorite part of the speech was the music. When I used my previous mic, even if I sounded good in my recordings, everyone else's always sounded terrible. With this mic, however, it sounds really good on all recordings. If you're using a Mac, you need to crank the input volume up quite a bit for this mic. As of now, I have mine set to 83%, and it sounds quiet already when I record it into Logic with my gain and EQ adjustments. In contrast, the volume seemed fine to other people when I used it on other podcasts or just over social media such as Skype and G+. In case you're a podcaster, you will be able to buy a bunch of equipment - maybe you even It's not true that you do. If you don't have to run a lot of inputs into your system, there is no need for a mixer and the Heil PR 40 is unnecessary. This one mic, as well as the boom arm and shockmount, is all you need. This is a decision you won't regret.
Installation and use are easy, and the product is microphone works great, is easy to plug in, and has excellent sound It would be great if I could record ED's with a microphone A microphone came to my attention after so much trial and error during one of my courses. This product is extremely well built, very Unlike a Yeti Pro, it does a great job rejecting background noise (which I found difficult with a Yeti 1). This is a 5 star rating.
The price tag might be a bit high, but the product is excellent! My reasoning for choosing this mic was that I am a growing YouTuber who was in need of upgrading my mic, as well as some of the YouTubers I watch most frequently use it and have amazing sound quality, so I decided to look into it. We were very happy with our purchase!.
Okay, thanks for your response The mic has a lot of weight! In addition to creating podcasts, I'm using it to record training videos. - the quality of the sound is excellent Quality similar to that of a studio.
