The answer would be helpful to me. Then read on! I use it for recording instruments, but it also sounds great when I am teaching online.
I was very impressed with the ease of setting it up and the sound quality without having to shell out hundreds of dollars The quality of this product is amazing with only $30 spent! I didn't expect it to be this good after only $30. Online, people who hear me say I sound sharp, but none of them believed me when I told them how much I spent on my website.
To get the best results, I recommend you download an audio mixer like voicemeeter banana (free) and adjust the quality of your microphone.
There is a hum that occurs when it picks up the sound, but it can be easily removed While I didn't mention it in the video, I really feel like this is quite important. In my opinion, this is a great app for beginners like me. I have to adjust the volume in post, so I think it's great.
This product was recommended to me by a friend who bought the same item. The voice of his was deeper and better, so I decided to get a standalone mic for him. Nonetheless, I was surprised to find what I got was not as I had imagined. Using the same exact mic, I heard my voice as though it was coming from a distance and did not cut out often. Because my cord was so touchy, in spite of adjusting the arm without touching the mic, the mic would cut out or start producing feedback onto the unfortunate people on the other end of the line. In my experience, the arm has worked well. It's easy to attach and so far has been very stable. The desk I have is very plain and not No sound is coming from the mic- Interestingly, the program completely stopped working after one day had passed since the return period had ended. This mic had more potential to break itself than I was and so I refunded my accident protection and purchased a blue yeti in its place. I think the biggest problem with this is that it sounds like a good value, but you have to buy the arm separately, which costs 20. 00 dollars. Logically, I had to pay 40 bucks for this, so I got a mic worth 20 bucks. The quality of what you purchase is determined by the price you pay. friend's mic still works. Such inconsistency is distressing - it makes me wonder if it's impossible to get it right? We disposed of the broken microphone, kept the arm for my yeti and kept the arm for my Yeti. If you're not sure, buy the arm standalone and save up for a better mic later. I am not rating this mic as a negative because it would have been at least acceptable if I hadn't received the last production line mic.
Moved from one star to three stars for great customer service. Works well for the first month then breaks after Amazon's return period, but we contacted the company and they are able to issue a refund. It turned out to be a very satisfying solution. It's not the best solution, but if you want to give it a try you may have better luck than I did.
The fact that there are no reviews on this would have convinced me it was a terrible purchase. However, I looked at the website and didn't find any user Even though I had my doubts, I bought it anyway. Congratulations on your perfect It's awesome. I love it so When I first bought it, I was a little skeptic, but now I'm glad I did.
Then read on! The pros are I. - The stand alone cost around $20 when I bought it (prime day). It was around $26 when I bought it. I. - The webcam comes with a windscreen, pop filter, a stand, a microphone, and is generally a good value. The mic sounds high quality and is tuned to be realistic right out of the box, so it's a pretty good start! - *Pros *Stand is pretty good, doesn't creak very much *Cons However, most people still use voicemeter to tune their mics, even if they have around 100-200 db of audio) The dollar amount is 200 dollars. * Changes to the recording quality are not possible The default setting of 192KHZ/24BIT is not working. Heavy on the bass. If you're interested in watching reviews online, you might try checking out Tech Summit or Tobias Holenstein, given that they're the only YouTube videos that I could find about the microphone. I. - For some reason, the app does not work very well on discord and zoom. The compression is probably bad because they use it. This muffles the audio and makes the bass problem even more prominent. I. - Audio controls on the mic are nonexistent for volume adjustment, muting, or monitoring
Fixes for these cons include I. - Voicemeteer, voicemeteer banana, etc. will help you fix the most of these problems. You should be able to do it by following a youtube tutorial. Just use the VBA audio cable along with whatever version of VoiceMeteor *TLDR (I've attached a pic of the settings I've chosen) My mic is quite good for the price I got it for and most of it needs just a little fine tuning to sound its best. It doesn't work well with applications like Zoom or Discord that compress the audio.
Purchasing this recording was for my son's clarinet recording for his band class using the SmartMusic program. It was very frustrating to listen to the mic on his brand new laptop and see his scores. I am thrilled with the results of this mic! In these weird times of distance learning, it has definitely been worth it. His scores are now higher, and he is more willing to practice.
