It does not, in fact. I measured it fully closed, and it matches the specs on Ram's website (. 5/8" or 625" in diameter). However, I feel compelled to mention the. The opening between the rubber linings is 625, and it may not be tightly clamped on. If you want to tighten it up to get a good grip, you'll need at least a 11/16" or better yet, a 3/4" diameter bar.
For a 5/8" bar, this clamp is far too large. The hard way, as it turned out.
I'm not familiar with the Zumo 660, but it should work as long as it has a 1" handlebar. It fits snugly on a 4x4 ATV with no movement issues. Wrap a piece of electric or duct tape around it if it's chrome to prevent it from sliding.
Yes. 1" ball is always denoted by the letter B. Thank you very much, lockitt. com

It is well-made. I'm going to put it in my collection. I've included some photos to help you understand the scale.
When the weather got a little (or a lot) rough, the engine airplane wouldn't take off. This is a Tough- Ram's Claw (small) is another excellent example of the company's high standards. This attachment was chosen to attach to the leg of a computer table in order to mount an external hard drive out of sight (under the table, but not on the floor). It secures my hard drive and keeps it in place, which is fine! This clamp comes highly recommended. I'm considering the medium size as well, but I don't have a need for the larger size. yet! But you can bet your bottom dollar that if I come across one, I'm going to buy it right away. I can't say enough good things about Ram Mounts' products, except to say thank you for making such fantastic products! br>br>It's not so much of a disclaimer as it is a warning: I paid full price for this item and have no ties to the Ram Mounts company. Also, unlike all of the "cool" Amazon reviewers, I haven't figured out how to get free stuff to review. But it makes no difference to me because Ram Mounts are fantastic! Cheers!.
This small size is ideal if you're unsure which size to get for your motorcycle handlebar. I bought a medium just in case, but it turned out to be too big for me, so I had to sell it. I really like how versatile this clamp is. In less than 5 minutes, I can move a bar-mounted GPS or whatever else from one bike to another, or remove whatever is mounted and take it with me in less than 30 seconds if I'm leaving the bike somewhere.
I mounted a 9 with this. In my Citabria, there is a 7-inch iPad. br>br>One of my pet peeves is when pilots put their EFBs in places that block their view outside the plane. br>br>Panel space in a Citabria, especially the low panel Citabrias, is limited, and there aren't a lot of options for mounting out of your line of sight, given the limited space, stick movement, and so on. br>br>The small mount, along with a couple extensions, allowed me to use on the tubes on the side of the windshield to place the iPad where it doesn't block my view of the panel, radios, or It's very safe and steady - br>br> In flight, there is no swaying.
Ram mounts are by far the best mobile device mounts I've ever encountered. I needed several claws to mount an iPad mini on a bike trainer, and this was one of them. It has a nice rubber pad that ensures it won't leave a mark on the handlebars, and it grabs them firmly. br>I used it in conjunction with the socket arm (RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP- 201U- A), cradle for the iPad mini 4 (RAM- HOL- AP20U), as well as a second ball connector for connecting the cradle (RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-RAP-R 202U). I was able to create the exact setup I required - Although it did necessitate visiting the manufacturer's website (rammount. com), it was well worth the effort. com) to learn about all of the parts that are available as well as which ball connector to purchase. That, however, is only available through Amazon. My device is solidly locked in once it is mounted - There's no movement or vibration at all. I couldn't have asked for a more excellent product.
On my motorcycles, I've used it to suspend a GoPro from up to three 4" arms. It clings to you tightly and firmly. I'm not concerned that it will loosen or fail in any way. I like how I can change the camera position in seconds, from handlebar to engine guard to cargo rack, and so on. br>br>Before you use it for the first time, make sure the screw that holds the ball to the clamp is tight. It's a Phillips screw that's been threaded into a locknut that's been captured. The ball flexed slightly during the first use, which caused camera shake. To make everything solid, I found that I needed to tighten the screw about a turn. Everything went smoothly after that. If you're mounting something semi-permanent, I also recommend using a different style of mount. a long-term device, such as a GPS or cellphone holder If you don't plan on moving your mount location frequently, there are RAM mounts that are more secure, especially against theft. A RAM u- is what I use. My GPS is mounted on a bolt on my handlebar.
love it! In the end, this is a sure-fire winner! Adjusting, moving, and removing the furniture is a breeze. If you want to move your things around easily, this is the bag to get. If you're looking for security, don't get this; it's very easy to remove. I wanted to be able to remove it or change positions in the vehicle, so that's exactly what I got. I use this to float between three vehicles, so I appreciate how simple it is to remove. However, I would never leave it in an open or unlocked vehicle because it could be stolen just as easily as I could move it to another vehicle. This is an example of standard RAM performance - It has been designed to last a long time!.
I ride four motorcycles on a regular basis, and being able to move my RAM mounts from one bike to the next has saved me a lot of money and time! There's no need to buy separate mounts for each bike anymore! I do have semi-custom mounts for my most used. This little guy has saved me money by allowing me to move my phone from bike to bike without having to buy a permanent mount! Furthermore, the build quality is to be expected from RAM. Exceptional quality from a well-known brand. Get one or two to go along with your Ram mounting system on all of your devices. Zip~.
