Having just moved into a new house, I needed my 50 foot Ethernet cable to get from my modem in the living room to my office, which is next to it. Needless to say, my wife was not a fan, and to be fair, she thought it looked like crap and made the place ran across this product while looking for a solution on Amazon and was very glad that I did. Having the adhesive compound on the back of the runner panels made installation easy. I was able to mount it with no problems in seconds. If you choose to go that route, screws and anchors are provided as well. Approximately half an hour later, I had my network cable looped around the wall of my living room, behind a bookshelf, and then through the doorways into my office. The only issue I still have is that the cable is exposed in the doorways. actively looking for solutions to that problem. However, the solutions I have seen appear to be expensive, so I am using a piece of packing tape in each doorway until I find a cheaper alternative. As a result of reading reviews about the cord hider kit, I chose it because I was impressed not just with the item, but also with how fast the company resolved any issues when the order was misplaced. As a result, when I received my kit with the essential connectors that were too large for the channel size, I immediately contacted the company to find out what they wanted me to do. I believe that is a better option than paying the return postage for the kit. Either give me a full refund and refund me postage or simply send me the correct connectors that were missing from the kit (which is less expensive). The company offered me a refund of 50% as soon as I reached out. My shock turned to disappointment when I declined the offer because I was eligible for a full refund, but also offered them an opportunity to correct their error and provide me with the parts originally promised, which they had apparently already done with other customers. The fact that others have experienced a similar lack of quality control in putting together these kits and receiving kits missing parts or with incorrect parts, leads me to believe that they originally did not have that control. As a result, I returned everything and picked a different product from a different company.
