It seemed to me that this product would be a good way to hide coax cable running from one side to the other of a room. Moreover, it is a good product. All the parts and pieces were carefully packed, and there was even a saw included for cutting the channels properly. Since my walls are textured, I needed to attach the channels with the provided screws and plugs. Anyway, I mounted the channels above the baseboards on my walls, and because my walls are textured, I needed to attach them with the provided screws and plugs. What I failed to notice, however (and actually only realized after all the channels were installed onto the walls) is that the couplers and end pieces need to be fitted underneath the channel to click in. The couplers couldn't be attached to the baseboards since they need to wrap around the channel (including the bottom edge) since they were mounted directly on top of the baseboards. There is no mention of this in the directions, so I'll need to remove the channels and remount them about 1/3 of an inch above the baseboard so that the couplers It is a great product, aside from that!.

I received my order in a shipping box, but it was wrapped up in a return label and had some black grease on the long pieces inside. It was obviously a return (opened package) that someone in an oily environment sent back and nobody at the warehouse thought to check. The paper insert stated Velcro ties should also be included, but none were included in the product. Due to a lack of time, I tried to clean the box for 30 minutes instead of sending it back and getting a new, unopened box. As a result, I ordered more than I needed, so the ones that won't clean up can be cut smaller or not used at all. Edit
My complaint has been addressed by the company and they offered to make things right, so I appreciate their customer service. I would like to emphasize that the problem was not caused by the product itself. Despite Amazon not checking the contents of the package, it sent a returned product. Reviewers have said that this product is well-reviewed and isn't disappointing. My husband and I purchased two kits, and we are happy we The original plan was to use it for taking care of POE cables running to the cameras on the side of the house, but we ended up using it for a couple of other things too. Since I didn't read the instructions, I have no idea what it says about how to install it, but my first recommendation would be to cut one of the top cover pieces in half and use it with a full length bottom piece. The joints will then be staggered, which will give it much more strength. Even though you lose a little bit of stock, it all comes out in the end if you are using it for more than one purpose. Then you can attach the entire length at once. By doing it this way, you will be able to assemble the full length you need for the run. After adding the screws, I put a single screw in the middle of each one, just because the two sided tape is no longer able to hold up in the heat from the sun. As part of the kit, I received more than enough shaped corners, plus a bonus T, which was great to have for this task.
