The situation is not good
3/5

In my foolishness, I bought some 3rd party cartridges that did not work. In the end, I bought genuine HP cartridges to replace as soon as possible after learning my lesson. As soon as I opened the box, everything appeared fine. It was surprising not to see that all of the cartridges had been individually sealed as every other HP toner cartridge I've bought over the years. I replaced the magenta first, and instead of seeing the "genuine HP toner," I had an unknown This time will be different! I drove to Staples and bought the same pack there for $$$$ yes, they were individually wrapped and the M cart was actually Although the boxes looked identical, the backs of the staples had an earlier date (the date stamped on the staples). In examining the cartridges, the ones from Staples are more vibrant with brighter magenta and yellow rings, and the plastic itself is slightly more textured. I am not sure if those cartridges are counterfeit, or if HP quality has taken a dive. I switched from a Brother laser printer to an HP one because their cartridges suddenly started leaking and going bad almost immediately. In light of the fact that the price of a pack of toner cartridges (laser or inkjet) is close to the price of a new printer, it's almost easier to just buy a new printer when The obvious reason is that everyone is moving to "starter" sets of toner! The pros are Please note
Box made by HP, but there are some cons Is expensive - I could have actually installed them to see how it worked - but I did not get any response. Why do you ask? In fact I was hoping to receive genuine cartridges so my printer would be happy and would give me all the functionality (as well as color quality) I had come to expect before purchasing cheap I gave one star to Amazon, not remotely happy with it. It's your call.

The printer is incompatible with the file

Despite the fact that it says it is an original HP cartridge, HP printers do not recognize this Product must be a second tier product or a copy of a.

This is false advertising
3/5

These cartridges are not "new originals", as they are advertised to be. The same thing happened with the second package. I already returned the first package. The ink outlets or the metal conductors do not have any plastic tape on them. HP did not refill these and they have obviously not been done by the company. It is not reasonable to pay such a high price for old ink cartridges that are not even packaged in a proper manner.

Watch out for When I tried to recognize my HP 8600 Office Pro replacement, Amazon sent it and it worked well
5/5

The ink cartridges I recently bought did not work with my printer, fax machine, copier, or scanner. I will be able to pick up a cheaper machine at $104 instead, but unfortunately my machine WILL NOT OPERATE without the entire set of Documents that are due to be submitted have been delayed due to this. I love shopping from home, but the hassle of returning items is not worth it. I would not recommend this product. I don't want to take them to the post office because I wouldn't have time to return them or they would go back the In response to the Customer Service call, a replacement is on the way. Thankfully Amazon sent me a replacement, which works just fine. Two of the previous boxes were empty. All new cartridges worked fine. It may have been a manufacturing issue with the contacts, but the new ones worked fine.

I was shocked
3/5

My cartridges arrived unexpectedly and I was very surprised. Most of them are neatly packaged in plastic that's sealed in an airtight container. Within a box is a foil package that is tightly sealed. The picture on the internet shows how they arrived. However, it is how they did arrive. There appears to be a need for them. The printer has not been configured with them yet. Even after receiving the package, I am still in awe. Are you used to packaging your product this way?.

An ink brand you can trust You have to pay a price for quality
3/5

am pleased with the quality of the ink, but as we all know, pen ink is beyond outrageously priced. Transfusions of blood were found to be less expensive than printer ink in a recent study. As off brands usually do not have the same quality of color or quantity of ink as the brand name, replacements will be more frequent. I have taken into consideration buying a new printer rather than replacing ink cartridges due to the high price of printers. That's how difficult it is to make ink purchasing decisions these days. If you're back where you began, then you've got another hurdle to jump.

There is an overpriced cartridge for every printer
3/5

As with all the other ink companies, HP's money is made by its ink. Although I have only had to buy this overpriced ink twice since buying my 8600 a few years ago, it's a small comfort. The average number of pages I print in black is approximately 2,500, while around half that number is printed in Rather than straightforwardly telling you about how to adjust the settings in black ink, HP does not inform you that these options are available only on the advanced tab. You will be spending even more money on ink if you don't do this, since the printer will take color ink to make a bolder print job. There's also the problem of the cartridges not being individually packed - this is a big problem. There is no seal on the box, so the books are open and loose. Cartridges are usually packaged in sealed packaging to which I am accustomed. When shipped this way, they have a chance of drying out. We'll have to chalk this one up to a It was only the convenience that prompted me to purchase these on Going to an office supply store will cost about the same or less than buying online, and you can also recycle your old cartridges there. It has no other purpose than.
